  SDXZ型三足式離心機(jī)為液壓提袋下部卸料離心機(jī)。該離心機(jī)為全封閉、全液壓傳動(dòng)。采用快裝式提袋下卸料方式。操作方便，快速省力。避免了分離物料的交叉污染。廣泛運(yùn)用于食品、制藥和生物工程行業(yè)的易燃、易爆，有毒或高度純凈要求的固液分離。符合GMP標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
Product Characteristics & Usage SDXZ Moderl Tripod Centrifugal Machine is a kind of hydraulic  lifting-bag bottom- discharging centrifugal machine.The maachine adopts full-sealed,full-hydraulic transmission.It adopts fast-loading lifting-bag bottom-discharging method.Its operation is convinient,fast and simple.It avoids cross-polluution while separating material.It is widely used in separating silid from liquid under inflammable,explosive,poisonous or high-purity demand in food,pharmacy and other trades.



[ 結(jié)構(gòu)與原理 ]
  該機(jī)由液壓站、轉(zhuǎn)鼓、軸承座、機(jī)殼、提袋機(jī)構(gòu)等組成。液壓馬達(dá)通過(guò)尼龍齒圈連軸器和主軸相連，采用液壓制動(dòng)。并能實(shí)行半自動(dòng)或遠(yuǎn)程全自動(dòng)控制。物料從進(jìn)料口加入旋轉(zhuǎn)的轉(zhuǎn)鼓內(nèi)在離心力的作用下進(jìn)行固液分離。完畢后由油缸動(dòng)作進(jìn)行制動(dòng)并帶動(dòng)提袋機(jī)構(gòu)。從轉(zhuǎn)鼓下孔卸出物料。
Structure & priciple The machine consists of hydraulic station,tumbler,bearing block,casing,lifting-bag device and others.The hydraulic motor is joined the main axle through the nylon bearing ring coupling.It adopts hydraulic driving to carry out semi-auto or full-auto control.The materials enter the centrifugal force.When it is finished,it is blocked with the cylinder and drive the lifting-bag device to unload the materials from the bottom port of the tumbler.
