Established in March 2008, PTC has been advocating?the?business?objective?"People, Trustever, Creation" to expand?business constantly and it has won?widespread?recognition of customers and the society.. PTC will be devoted itself to be the national top design and manufacture company for glass surface stress meter and automatic optical defection measuring instruments(AOI).

自主創(chuàng)新
公司自成立以來(lái)，始終把自主創(chuàng)新放在企業(yè)發(fā)展的首要位置。先后成立了昆山研發(fā)中心和深圳研發(fā)中心，主要以機(jī)器視覺(jué)(Machine Vision)為核心技術(shù)，結(jié)合精密自動(dòng)化機(jī)械、光學(xué)取像系統(tǒng)、邏輯演算技術(shù)、工業(yè)4.0信息流及大數(shù)據(jù)處理等核心科技，開發(fā)自動(dòng)化光學(xué)檢測(cè)設(shè)備以取代傳統(tǒng)人工目檢，協(xié)助客戶解決生產(chǎn)制程與質(zhì)量問(wèn)題。產(chǎn)品已覆蓋玻璃、PCB、光學(xué)膜、平面顯示器等產(chǎn)業(yè)領(lǐng)域。
Innovation
PTC always assigns priority to independent innovation since established. Kunshan R & D center and Shenzhen R & D center have been established successively. Based on the major core technology optic detection and machine vision, and combining with precise automation mechanic, optical imaging taking system,?logical calculus, information flow of Industry 4.0 and large-data processing and other industries to develop automatic optical measuring instruments, which replaces traditional visual inspection and helps clients to solve producing and quality problems. PTC has been committed to develop domestic professional AOI brand, which covers lots of product fields including glass, PCB, optical film and flat-panel displays and other industries.

憑借*的研發(fā)制造技術(shù)，先后研制了表面應(yīng)力儀、內(nèi)應(yīng)力儀、測(cè)量?jī)x、多功能檢測(cè)一體機(jī)以及自動(dòng)化光學(xué)檢測(cè)設(shè)備等具有高水準(zhǔn)的產(chǎn)品。2015年“ASM100全自動(dòng)玻璃表面應(yīng)力儀”獲得*產(chǎn)品認(rèn)定證書。同年此項(xiàng)目入選江蘇省科技項(xiàng)目，并獲得相應(yīng)的創(chuàng)新資金。目前公司主要產(chǎn)品有3大系列，涵蓋近30多個(gè)品種。申請(qǐng)國(guó)家200多項(xiàng)，已獲授33項(xiàng)，其中發(fā)明3項(xiàng)，實(shí)用新型30項(xiàng)。產(chǎn)品登記的軟件著作權(quán)總計(jì)6項(xiàng)。
Advanced products
PTC has researched and developed lots of products with top technology including: Surface stress meter, Internal stress meter, Measuring instrument, Multi-function all-in-one machine and automatic on-line defect detection based on the advanced ?R & D and manufacturing technology. In 2015,?“ASM 100 Full-automatic glass surface stress meter?”?has obtained certification of High and New technology products. In the same year, the project has been selected into Jiangsu science and technology project and gained the?relevant innovative funds. At present, there are 3 major series products at , covering nearly 30 varieties. PTC has already applied more than 200 patents and has obtained 33 authorized patents, in which there are 33 invention patents and 30 utility models. There are 6 items of software copyright

Honor and qualification
Dedicated more than 10 years of operation, PTC self-developed products have been recognized by many customers. PTC has been  recognized as “Jiangsu Private Technology Enterprises”, “Suzhou Small and Medium Technology Enterprise”, “Suzhou Smart Glass Stress meter Engineering Technical Research Center”, “Kunshan high-growth little giant technology enterprises “and “Kunshan Research and Development Institutions” and “Jiangsu exclusive jingte new enterprises” successively since 2014. In 2015, PTC has been recognized as the national high-tech enterprise. In 2016, PTC has gained the honor titles “Kunshan Enterprise Technology Center”. Meanwhile, to improve the comprehensive R&D capability, PTC adopts industrial-academic-research cooperation to take full advantages of talents and equipment of research institutes. PTC has carried on industrial-academic-research cooperation with colleges successively including: Qufu Normal University, School of Precision Instrument and Opto-Electronics Engineering, Institute of Optics and Electronics, Chinese Academy of Sciences , Shanghai Institute of Optics and Fine Mechanics, the Chinese Academy of Sciences. PTC emphasizes the construction of management system and it has obtained the identification of quality management system and Intellectual property management standard system certification.
