搭載6倍光學(xué)變焦鏡頭 全自動應(yīng)力儀PTC-9S是全自動檢測具有應(yīng)力與雙折射的透明物體內(nèi)部的光程差和慢軸方向的2次元定量測量裝置。 目前，應(yīng)力和雙折射的定量測量主要以肉眼觀測的塞納蒙法儀器為主。zui近，本公司研發(fā)的，只要手動旋轉(zhuǎn)檢偏鏡的半自動塞納蒙法也已經(jīng)普及。 塞納蒙法是通過檢測者旋轉(zhuǎn)檢偏鏡，測量部位由zui亮變成zui暗的狀態(tài)，定量檢測光程差的檢測方式。但是，以往的肉眼觀測型，根據(jù)測量環(huán)境和測量者的不同，明亮度的判別會有偏差。另外，半自動測量的精度與肉眼觀測相比有所改善，但是測量部位限于圖像中特定的一部分。 本裝置是在直線偏光板和1/4波長板組成的圓偏光板上放置樣品的，可以直接開始測量。因此熟練者和初學(xué)者沒區(qū)別，都可以簡單進行光程差和慢軸方向的定量測量。另外，不僅可以測特定部位，使用內(nèi)置CCD相機，每個像素單位都可以測量。因此光程差和慢軸方向可以在顯示器上顯示2次元圖像，分布狀態(tài)也可以一目了然。 拍攝鏡頭搭載6倍光學(xué)倍率的變焦鏡頭，測量范圍在60mm-10mm內(nèi)變化任意大小，適合小型樣品的測量。 因為連接電腦容易記錄測量數(shù)據(jù)與觀測圖像。 光源采用高亮度的LED燈，壽命長又省電，所以削減更換光源的時間和運行成本。 測量方法采用固定圓偏光板，旋轉(zhuǎn)檢偏鏡的方法。 光線經(jīng)過直線偏光+1/4波長板變成圓偏振光，放置有應(yīng)力的樣品，雙折射的慢軸快軸間產(chǎn)生光程差，變成橢圓偏振光。然后旋轉(zhuǎn)檢偏鏡，橢圓偏振光內(nèi)，偏振光透射軸和平行光以直線偏振光方式通過。此時可以看到通過檢偏鏡的光強度依據(jù)光程差和慢軸方向隨著檢偏鏡角度變化有所變化。全自動應(yīng)力儀測量一次預(yù)定的四個角度有相機拍照，從各個角度的光強度得出偏振光狀態(tài)（楕圓率和橢圓斜度）。 然后，檢測不放置樣品和放置樣品時，從各個偏光狀態(tài)的不同，算出光程差的大小和慢軸方向。 產(chǎn)品規(guī)格 項目 規(guī)格 外觀尺寸（主體） W200ⅹD280ⅹH595mm 重量（主體） 11kg 圓偏光板尺寸 W70ⅹD70 測量空間高度 0-70mm 檢測方法 旋轉(zhuǎn)檢偏鏡法 光源波長 590nm 反復(fù)測量精度 （標準偏差） 1nm 測量范圍 可變（60ⅹ60-10ⅹ10mm） 有效像素（pixel） 1100ⅹ1100 光源 高亮度LED 電源 輸入：AC100～240VAC 50/60Hz 輸出：24VDC 1.5A 構(gòu)成 測量主體、PC、電線類 附屬品 主體套、AC適配器 對應(yīng)OS Windows7(64bit)/ Windows8(64bit) 遮光測量 為了遮光，安裝了不拉下遮擋框就不能檢測的結(jié)構(gòu)。 這樣，排除了不必要的光，可以得出穩(wěn)定的精度。 用途 定量測量玻璃產(chǎn)品的殘余應(yīng)力 檢測塑料產(chǎn)品的應(yīng)力 檢測結(jié)晶材料有無應(yīng)力 關(guān)于樣品 因為使用590nm的光源，不透光的樣品不能檢測 另外、透光率低的產(chǎn)品或者因漫反射導(dǎo)致透明度低的樣品也不能檢測

Innovation
PTC always assigns priority to independent innovation since established. Kunshan R & D center and Shenzhen R & D center have been established successively. Based on the major core technology optic detection and machine vision, and combining with precise automation mechanic, optical imaging taking system,?logical calculus, information flow of Industry 4.0 and large-data processing and other industries to develop automatic optical measuring instruments, which replaces traditional visual inspection and helps clients to solve producing and quality problems. PTC has been committed to develop domestic professional AOI brand, which covers lots of product fields including glass, PCB, optical film and flat-panel displays and other industries.

Advanced products
PTC has researched and developed lots of products with top technology including: Surface stress meter, Internal stress meter, Measuring instrument, Multi-function all-in-one machine and automatic on-line defect detection based on the advanced ?R & D and manufacturing technology. In 2015,?“ASM 100 Full-automatic glass surface stress meter?”?has obtained certification of High and New technology products. In the same year, the project has been selected into Jiangsu science and technology project and gained the?relevant innovative funds. At present, there are 3 major series products at , covering nearly 30 varieties.
