該機(jī)是采用當(dāng)前環(huán)保節(jié)能新技術(shù)研制的新型復(fù)膜機(jī)，主要針對(duì)開窗式包裝盒之復(fù)膜，也可對(duì)印刷品全幅復(fù)膜。該機(jī)使用水溶性環(huán)保膠水，以BOPP薄膜為材料，紙品經(jīng)涂膠復(fù)膜后具有粘合性好，透明度高，能溶解印刷品表面噴粉，不出現(xiàn)雪花點(diǎn)，使紙品表面光亮、美觀，具有防濕、防污功能。

■ 用途：

■ User：

　　The machine uses aquo-solvable environmental protective glue and BOPP film．The product after being compounded and pressed，has the merits of high degree of transpn-bubble etc．a(chǎn)nd is equipped with an imported transverter,self-cutting and a quick finishes rolling-up and pushing-out processing system．stable in performance， high peed and energy-saving．

■ 結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)：

1、	機(jī)器采用鋼鐵結(jié)構(gòu)，使用壽命長(zhǎng)、無變形。
2、	采用浸入涂布方式，可使涂面更加均勻并節(jié)省膠水，上膠涂布輥不易結(jié)皮、結(jié)凍、清洗方便、結(jié)構(gòu)更合理、操作更簡(jiǎn)易。
3、	采用四輥雙重壓合可使產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量穩(wěn)定、可靠，更加適應(yīng)厚薄紙復(fù)膜。
4、	隨機(jī)配5套成品收鄭推車裝置，使產(chǎn)品有足夠固化。
5、	機(jī)器使用電源為單相220V，采用日本松下變頻器，使用穩(wěn)定*，控制電器選用進(jìn)口元件。
6、	設(shè)有自動(dòng)穿孔裝置，能有效提高生產(chǎn)效率。
