5、全自動控制系統(tǒng)。神龍殺菌鍋整個滅菌工藝流程全部由電腦PLC控制,一次性完成,無需人工操作。采用圖表平板,利用屏幕進(jìn)行觸摸控制,所有時段均由模擬感應(yīng)器和自動閥控制,可以從單一殺菌工藝切換成多階段殺菌工藝。壓力和溫度呈數(shù)字化顯示,可將適用于任何產(chǎn)品的各種壓力模式和溫模式預(yù)先編制成程序輸入計(jì)算機(jī)中。
6、測量F值的功能。每臺殺菌釜上均可配置F值測量儀,該測量儀具備測量值的功能,F(xiàn)值軟件每隔3秒進(jìn)行一次F值計(jì)算。所有滅菌數(shù)據(jù),包括滅菌條件、F值、時間-溫度曲線、時間-壓力曲線等均可通過數(shù)據(jù)處理軟件處理后予以保存或打印,以便于生產(chǎn)管理。
7、模擬溫度控制系統(tǒng),可設(shè)定多階段加熱機(jī)制
根據(jù)不同食品對滅菌條件的要求,隨時設(shè)定不同的升溫和冷卻程序,可利用多階段的加熱的殺菌方式,使食品承受的熱量限制到小,以近可能*的保存其色、香、味,使每一種食品均可在優(yōu)秀狀態(tài)下進(jìn)行調(diào)理滅菌。殺菌溫度精確到±0.3℃,可以避免產(chǎn)品蒸煮過度或滅菌不*的現(xiàn)象。
