一、結(jié)構(gòu)與用途 Structure and Use

當(dāng)測(cè)量介質(zhì)的壓力P作用于隔膜，則隔膜產(chǎn)生變形，壓縮壓力儀表測(cè)壓力系統(tǒng)的密封液，使其形成P-△P的壓力。當(dāng)隔膜的剛性足夠小時(shí)，則△P也很小，壓力儀表測(cè)壓力系統(tǒng)形成的壓山就近于測(cè)量介質(zhì)的壓力。
隔膜壓力表主要應(yīng)用于石油化工、制堿、化纖、制藥、食品等上藝流程中，它是通用型壓力表與連接體和隔膜隔離器組成。在測(cè)量介質(zhì)是強(qiáng)腐蝕、高溫、高粘度、易結(jié)晶，易凝固、有固體浮游物的情況下使用。

when the tested medium pressure P act to the film, the film bring dirtortion, the pressure of the seal liquid nearly same with medium pressure, whhen the rigidity of film too small to the medium.
The film pressure meter main mainly petrol, alkali, chemical fiber, medicine, food process. It is composed by normal pressure meter and joint and separator.The test medium is strong corrupt, high temperature, high adhibit，easy crystal, easy freeze or have unsolved solid.

二、工作原理示意圖 Work functional picture

隔膜表液位差
尤其對(duì)于帶軟連接管的隔膜壓力表,由于受壓部與通用型壓力表安裝位置不同，會(huì)產(chǎn)生如下圖所示的液位差的影響量△P。

三、法蘭的選擇 Flange selection

根據(jù)GB(中國(guó))、HGJ(化工部)、DIN(德國(guó))、JIS(日本)、SNSI(美國(guó))等法蘭標(biāo)準(zhǔn)以及國(guó)內(nèi)實(shí)際使用情況編制成常用的法蘭系列標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，供用戶選擇。特殊規(guī)格可定制。
According GB(china)、HGJ(Chinese chemical department)，DIN(German)、JIS(Japanese)、SNSI(America), the customer can be select any standard,ａnd also order the special standard products.

六、隔膜表的溫度影響 Film meter temperature infection

隔膜壓力表其溫度的影響量與密封液膨脹系數(shù)隔膜剛度及受壓部位的溫度有關(guān)。儀表在使用溫度偏離20±5℃時(shí)，受溫度影響的示值變化率剛性不夫于0.1%℃，柔性(遠(yuǎn)接式)不大于0.1±0.25%℃(L-傳壓導(dǎo)管長(zhǎng)度M，)隔膜式壓力表在制做時(shí)應(yīng)注意根據(jù)不同的使用環(huán)境，選擇相適應(yīng)的密封工作液。
The film pressure meter error by temperature must concern with seal liquid expａnd coefficient, film rigidity, and temperature of pressure body.When the temperature difference 20±5℃, the error will not high 0.1%℃ , flexible (long distance joint) will not pass 0.1±0.25%℃, the film pressure meter should select seal liquid by different work environment.

七、隔膜表的溫度影響 The infeetion in the temperature of film meter

為保證隔膜表使用可靠性和安全性，應(yīng)根據(jù)不同用途選擇合適的密封液。
