一、結構與用途 Sturcture and Use

電阻遠傳壓力表適用于測量對鋼及銅合金不起腐蝕作用的液體，蒸汽和氣體等介質的壓力。因為在儀表內部設置一滑線電阻式發(fā)送器，故可把被測值以電量值傳至遠離測量點的二次儀表上，以實現(xiàn)集中檢測和遠距離控制。此外，本儀表井能就地指示壓力，以便于現(xiàn)場工藝檢查。 YTT-150型差動遠傳壓力表是二線制本質安全塑防爆儀表，用于測量對銅及其合金不起腐蝕作用的液體，氣體和蒸汽的壓力。儀表帶上阻尼器后，可測量脈動、沖擊、突然御荷介質的壓力。帶上隔膜部分后，可測量大粘度、有腐蝕性介質的壓力。本儀表除就地進行壓力指示外，還連續(xù)輸出與被測壓力信號成線性的4-20mA直流信號，可以與DDZ-III電動單元組合儀表的顯示、記錄、調節(jié)儀表聯(lián)用，組成自動記錄、調節(jié)、控制等系統(tǒng)。適用于石油、化工、冶金、電站、輕工業(yè)等部門使用。
The resistance and long distance pressure meter is suit to measure the liquid ,steam. or gas which can't corrupt the cooper and steel. because this has a line resist-ance style transmitter, can transmit the signal to the second table.To get center check and control in long distance. Besides,this meter can note the pressure in pIace and easy technique check.
YTT-150 slyle pressure diffrence power pressure is a kind of two line style anti-explode meter, to measure the liquid,gas, steam that has no corruption for cooper or steel. Can be check the pulse. rush, and break cease pressure ,After take the film,can be measure high adhibit and corrupt medium 's pressure. Except note the pressure, and can send the 4~20 mA DC signal, can be companied with the DDZ-III electro motion cell meter's show, record, control, and buildup auto record, adjust, conlrol system. Suit to been used in petrol, chemical metallurgy, power plant,light industry department.

二、工作原理 work principle

本儀表由一個彈簧管壓力表和一個滑線電阻式發(fā)送器組成。儀表機械部分的作用原理與一般彈簧管壓力表相同。由于電阻發(fā)送器系設置在齒輪傳動機構上，因此當齒輪傳動機構中的扇形齒輪軸產(chǎn)生偏轉時，電阻發(fā)送器的轉臂（電刷）也相應發(fā)得以偏轉，由于電刷在電阻器上滑行，使行被測壓力值的變化換為電阻值的變化，而傳至二次儀表，指示出一相應的讀數(shù)值。同時一次儀表也指示相應的壓力值。

This meter composes by spring pressure meter and a line resistance transmitter. The mechanic part principle is same with normal spring pipe meter. When the gear has deflexion, the transmitter's brush also detlexion, and the pressure change cause resistance change,ａnd transmit to the second tahle, and note the same number. At the same time, the original meter also shows this number.
