主要用途:
該設(shè)備主要用于大輸液生產(chǎn)過程中對玻璃瓶的清洗，能自動完成絞龍進(jìn)瓶、撥輪交接瓶至機(jī)械手夾瓶頸翻轉(zhuǎn)180°、外噴洗、內(nèi)沖洗、外噴洗到瓶翻轉(zhuǎn)180°撥輪交接出瓶的全套生產(chǎn)過程。
Main Applications:
This machine is mainly used in washing glass bottles during the production of infusion. It can automatically complete the whole process of auger’s entering into the bottle; bottleneck’s revolving 180° from trackwheel folder to manipulator holding, external jetting, internal washing, and overturning the trackwheel 180° to handover the bottles.

- 沖洗后的注射用水進(jìn)入隨機(jī)配帶的循環(huán)水箱供循環(huán)水洗用水，節(jié)約能源;
- 循環(huán)水洗、注射用水洗，潔凈空氣氣洗都使用獨立的專用管道，不存在交叉污染。
Performance Characteristics:
- A unique washing way of four water- two gas- six stations is adopted (can be adjusted according to the number of washing).
- The manipulator can hold the bottleneck to revolve 180 ° and to position the washing, which improves accuracy and qualification rate.
- It is simple and convenient to change the standard, which only need to replace the auger and trackwheel or fine-tune the barrier. Multi standard production can be done without changing the manipulator.
- The washed injection water enters into random matched cyclic water tank and can be used for cyclic washing, so it can promote energy conservation.
- Cyclic washing, injection water washing, and clean air washing use separate dedicated aqueducts without cross contamination.
