AY600.800.1100A型普通凹版彩印機(jī)
1、用途：本機(jī)適用于BOPP、CPP、PET、PCVD及相同性質(zhì)的組合膜、紙等。
本機(jī)印刷速度50米/分，機(jī)械速度60米/分。
2、主傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)，調(diào)速電機(jī)，快慢調(diào)速控制。
3、采用組合式，實(shí)現(xiàn)單雙面多色一次連續(xù)印刷。
4、收料采用雙力矩電機(jī) (瑞安)，放料采用磁粉制動(dòng)器（瑞安）。
5、油墨采用墨泵自動(dòng)循環(huán)。
6、干燥系統(tǒng)采用雙烘道，密封式上下采用離心風(fēng)機(jī)，送熱溫與每組風(fēng)冷卻，鑄鐵底盤，50米/分干燥，烘箱溫度調(diào)節(jié)自動(dòng)控溫，帶有計(jì)米器功能。
7、刮墨刀壓力，高度平行度。任意調(diào)速橫向往反復(fù)竄動(dòng)。
8、收料、放料機(jī)構(gòu)采用翻轉(zhuǎn)雙工位，實(shí)現(xiàn)不停機(jī)接換料。
9、橡膠輥升壓采用手壓。
10、對(duì)版采用差動(dòng)傳動(dòng)方式，印版縱向360度任意調(diào)整。橫向調(diào)節(jié)量30mm。

AY600.800.1100ATYPE COMMON INTAGLIO COLOR PRINTING MACHINE
1. Usage: It is suitable for BOPP, PET, CPP, PVCD and combined film and paper with the same properties. Its printing speed is 50m/min, while the mechanical speed is 60m/min.
2.It is of main transmission system, speed-adjusting motor to adjust and control the speed.
3. It adopts combined device to finish once printing in single-sided, dual-sided，multi-color and chromatographic printing.
4. The material collection adopts dual torque motor (from ruian), while material feeding adopts magnetic powder brake.
5. The ink Device adopts ink pump to cycle automatically.
6. The dry system adopts dual oven channel. The up-and-down sealing device adopts centrifugal blower to transfer heat and cool it with each wind. It is of cast iron chassis and to dry the materials 50m per minute. The temperature of in oven can be adjusted and controlled automatically. It is equipped with a meter numbering device.
7. Ink scraper pressure and height are parallel. The speed can be adjusted horizontally to return repeatedly.
8. The material collection and material-roller feeding adopt reversal dual work board to finish feeding and collecting materials without stopping the machine.
9. The rubber roller"s lifting pressure adopts manual pressure.
10. Printing cylinder correction adopts differential transmission device. The printing cylinder can be adjusted in 360 degrees horizontally and freely. Its horizontal adjustment scope is 30mm.
