LLW型臥式螺旋卸料過濾式離心機是種能耗低、性能穩(wěn)定、分離效果好的機型。分離過程中的進料、脫水、洗滌、卸料等工序連續(xù)完成，生產(chǎn)效率和自動化程度高，是種*的固液分離設備。

懸浮液從進料管進入螺旋內(nèi)腔，并通過螺旋小頭接近錐端底部的噴料口進入轉(zhuǎn)鼓，在離心力場的作用下，料漿中的液相通過鋪設在轉(zhuǎn)壁上的篩網(wǎng)被過濾出去，固相顆粒則被截留在轉(zhuǎn)鼓內(nèi)；同時，轉(zhuǎn)鼓內(nèi)的固相顆粒在離心力和螺旋與轉(zhuǎn)鼓之間的相對差速作用下，從轉(zhuǎn)鼓小端向轉(zhuǎn)鼓大端運動，在此運動過程中，由于回轉(zhuǎn)直徑的加大，離心力得到快速遞增，固相從初始進入時的較高含濕量到排出轉(zhuǎn)鼓時達到含濕量固相，從而實現(xiàn)固液相自動、連續(xù)的分離。

離心機內(nèi)置洗滌管，可在濾餅過濾的同時對濾餅進行洗滌。由于是薄層濾餅洗滌，洗滌效果好，洗滌液消耗低。在轉(zhuǎn)鼓背面可設計蒸汽管，對轉(zhuǎn)鼓背面結(jié)晶的物料進行高溫洗滌。 螺旋差速器有擺線差速器，行星差速器和液壓差速器三種配置，滿足不同物料的分離。
