1.       主動機采用進(jìn)口變頻無級調(diào)速。

2.       放料、收料均由磁粉制動器、離合器控制（或選配日本三菱自動張力控制器）。

3.       采用陶瓷網(wǎng)紋墨輥，具有壽命長、耐磨、耐腐蝕的特點，對于減少更換網(wǎng)紋輥的次數(shù)，提高印刷效率十分有利。

4.       印刷單元采用360度周向?qū)Π嬲{(diào)節(jié)。各印刷單元可以單獨齒合或松開，以便其他印刷單元繼續(xù)印刷。

5.       各印刷單元均配有一組紅外線烘干裝置。

6.       放料、收卷裝置采用氣漲式芯軸裝夾裝置。

7.       停四時墨輥自動脫離、并低速轉(zhuǎn)達(dá)、以防墨水干結(jié)。

8.       從卷料供紙、印刷、上光、自動紅外烘干、覆膜、收卷依次連貫完。該產(chǎn)品具有印刷范圍廣、油墨無污染、經(jīng)濟效益高、印刷速度快等特點。是各印刷廠印刷票據(jù)、卡紙、高檔不干膠商標(biāo)的機器。

7.           The inking roller can automatically fall off at stoppage and transfer at low speed in order to keep the ink from being dty and solid.
