該產(chǎn)品是國內(nèi)制作高檔天地蓋紙盒（如鞋盒、襯衫盒、內(nèi)衣盒、禮品盒、食品盒、五金盒等）的*設(shè)備。采用PLC可編程序控制器、光電跟蹤系統(tǒng)、觸摸屏人機(jī)界面，實(shí)施送紙、上膠、紙板成型帖四角、定位貼合、自動引取、進(jìn)盒、包邊、折耳及折入成型動作一次性完成，全過程自動化，生產(chǎn)效率與傳統(tǒng)手工制作相比提高五十倍。

This production is the best equipment to make paper boxes （such as shoe-box, shirt box, underwear gift box food box, hardware box, etc.） which adopt domestic most advanced to produce top-grade fine works. It adopt PLC programmable controller, photoelectric tracking system, touch-sensitive screen man-machine interface, glueeding, cradboard shaping stick to four side, oriented jointing, fetch automatically moving the box forward, winding side roll over, overall automation, compared with tradition hand made production efficiency improves by 50 times.

性能介紹 Performance Introduction

l 單張紙自動飛達(dá)給面紙部；

l 配備熱交換糊膠系統(tǒng)；

l 電熱熔切裝置一次完成紙板內(nèi)盒四角貼角作業(yè)；

l 伺服馬達(dá)以及真空吸風(fēng)皮帶輸送系統(tǒng)控制紙板內(nèi)盒與過膠面紙的定位貼合，貼合誤差±0.5mm；

l 電腦控制輸送帶和紙盒成型部間的自動引取裝置；

l 紙盒成型部連貫作業(yè)進(jìn)盒、包邊、折耳及折入成型動作；

l 采用PLC可編程控制器、光電跟蹤系統(tǒng)、觸摸屏人機(jī)界面，實(shí)施天地蓋紙盒一次性成型生產(chǎn)全過程自動化；

l 自動故障診斷功能。
