一、簡(jiǎn)介
High Density Interconnections--高密度互聯(lián)技術(shù) HDI
HDI 板是指通過(guò)高密度微細(xì)布線和微小導(dǎo)通孔技術(shù)來(lái)生產(chǎn)制作的線路板，是 PCB 行業(yè)在 20 世紀(jì)末發(fā)展起來(lái)的一門(mén)較新的技術(shù)，與傳統(tǒng) PCB 相比采用激光鉆孔技術(shù)（又稱鐳射板），鉆孔更小，線路更窄，焊盤(pán)大幅度減小，所有單位面積內(nèi)可以得到更多的線路分布，高密度互連由此而來(lái)，HDI 技術(shù)的出現(xiàn)，適應(yīng)幵推進(jìn)了PCB行業(yè)的發(fā)展，同時(shí)對(duì) PCB 板的制作和測(cè)試要求更高。
HDI board refers to the circuit board produced by high-density micro-wiring and tiny through-hole technology. It is a relatively new technology developed in the PCB industry at the end of the 20th century. Compared with traditional PCB, laser drilling technology (also known as laser board) is used to drill smaller holes, narrower lines and substantially reduced pads. More lines can be distributed within all unit area. High-density interconnection results from this, ａnd the emergence of HDI technology ADAPTS to and promotes the development of PCB industry, ａnd at the same time requires higher production and testing of PCB board.
二、HCT測(cè)試目的：
HCT Testing purposes:
HDI工藝PCB板HCT耐電流測(cè)試耐電流測(cè)試是測(cè)試印制電路板產(chǎn)品的孔互聯(lián)可靠性的一種測(cè)試方法，目前各大廠商需要印制板供應(yīng)商導(dǎo)入HCT測(cè)試。耐電流測(cè)試是在特殊設(shè)計(jì)的孔鏈上施加一定的直流電流，并持續(xù)一段時(shí)間，電流在孔鏈上產(chǎn)生焦耳熱，熱量傳遞到孔鏈附近基材上，基材受熱膨脹產(chǎn)生Z方向膨脹應(yīng)力導(dǎo)致盲孔斷裂，從而檢測(cè)出孔鏈的互聯(lián)可靠性能。
Current resistance test is a test method to test the hole interconnection reliability of printed circuit board products. At present, various manufacturers need printed board suppliers to import HCT test. Current resistance test is to apply a certain DC current to a specially designed hole chain, ａnd continue for a period of time. The current generates joule heat on the hole chain, ａnd the heat is transferred to the base material near the hole chain. When the base material is heated, the expansion stress in the Z direction leads to the fracture of the blind hole, so as to detect the reliable interconnection performance of the hole chain.
