LW型離心機(jī)是一種臥式螺旋卸料，連續(xù)操作的沉降設(shè)備。轉(zhuǎn)鼓與螺旋以一定差速同向高速旋轉(zhuǎn)，物料由進(jìn)料管連續(xù)引入輸料螺旋內(nèi)筒，加速后進(jìn)入轉(zhuǎn)鼓，在離心力場(chǎng)作用下，較重的固相物沉積在轉(zhuǎn)鼓壁上形成沉渣層。

輸料螺旋將沉積的固相物連續(xù)不斷定推至轉(zhuǎn)鼓錐端，經(jīng)排渣口排出機(jī)外，較輕的液相物則形成內(nèi)層液環(huán)，由轉(zhuǎn)鼓大端溢流口連續(xù)溢出轉(zhuǎn)鼓，經(jīng)排液口排出機(jī)外。

本機(jī)能在全速運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)下，連續(xù)進(jìn)料、分離、洗滌和卸料。具有結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、連續(xù)操作、運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)平衡、適應(yīng)性強(qiáng)、生產(chǎn)能力大、維修方便等特點(diǎn)。

適合分離含固相物粒度大于0.005mm、濃度范圍在2-40％的懸浮液。廣泛用于化工、輕工、制藥、食品、環(huán)保等行業(yè)。

LW centrifuge is a kind of horizontal spiral discharge, continuous operation of sedimentation equipment. 

The drum and the screw rotate at the same speed at a certain difference. the material is continuously introduced into the inner cylinder of the feeding screw from the feed tube and accelerated into the drum. Under the action of centrifugal force field, the heavier solid deposits on the drum wall to form a sediment layer. 

The solid phase deposited by the feeding screw is continuously pushed to the cone end of the drum, and the lighter liquid phase is discharged from the machine through the slag discharge orifice, and the lighter liquid phase is formed into an inner liquid ring, which is continuously overflowed from the drum through the overflow port at the large end of the drum and discharged out of the machine through the discharge port. 

The machine is operated at full speed, continuous feeding, separation, washing and unloading.

LW系列常規(guī)機(jī)型轉(zhuǎn)鼓兩端采用迷宮式密封，簡(jiǎn)潔方便，分離后固相由螺旋推至固相出口，經(jīng)高速旋轉(zhuǎn)產(chǎn)生的離心力排出轉(zhuǎn)鼓之外；分離后澄清液經(jīng)過(guò)溢流，由重力及離心力排出。該機(jī)型操作方便，運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)連續(xù)、平穩(wěn)，適用范圍廣。

The LW series conventional drum adopts labyrinth seal at both ends, which is simple and convenient. after separation, the solid phase is pushed from the screw to the solid phase outlet, and the centrifugal force produced by high speed rotation is discharged from the drum.
