1、NALC型氣體繼電器檢測臺(tái),采用的嵌入式系統(tǒng)控制技術(shù),綜合用戶的實(shí)際需求而推出的新一代氣體繼電器試驗(yàn)檢測系統(tǒng)。本系統(tǒng)采用了油泵—流量計(jì)連續(xù)測量方法,可分別對(duì)φ25、φ50、φ80毫米管徑的國內(nèi)外氣體繼電器的流速、容積和密封進(jìn)行檢測,且實(shí)驗(yàn)過程無須人工參與。
2、嵌入的PC系統(tǒng),采用全彩觸摸顯示器,可簡單直觀的對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行流速、容積、密封試驗(yàn)的相關(guān)操作,并同時(shí)編輯打印相關(guān)檢測報(bào)告,且可以保存數(shù)據(jù)以便隨時(shí)調(diào)閱和打印。由于采用嵌入式設(shè)計(jì),由PC控制,操作界面友好,整機(jī)自動(dòng)化程度高等特點(diǎn)。

1、結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)
(1)外部機(jī)柜采用冷扎板折邊成型工藝制造,外形尺寸2400×650×1570mm(長×寬×高),整機(jī)總重170kg;
(2)夾緊器采用螺桿棘輪方式夾緊被試件;
(3)油箱采用非承壓式結(jié)構(gòu),側(cè)面設(shè)有油位計(jì);
(4)在被試件的安裝位置處設(shè)有防護(hù)罩;

(8)采用虛擬投影鍵鼠。此技術(shù)為二維投影成像,在觸屏前方的工作臺(tái)面上,投影出一個(gè)紅色與標(biāo)鍵盤大小*的虛擬投影鍵盤,操作人員可用此鍵盤對(duì)試驗(yàn)報(bào)告內(nèi)容進(jìn)行編輯。操作人員還可通過此鍵盤快捷鍵,完成鍵盤和鼠標(biāo)的切換,并通過虛擬鍵盤上的快捷鍵關(guān)閉投影鍵鼠,再通過固定手勢打開;
(9)嵌入PC系統(tǒng)可直觀的對(duì)重瓦斯流速、輕瓦斯容積、密封檢測的單項(xiàng)和綜合項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行操作,并同時(shí)編輯打印試驗(yàn)報(bào)告;
(10)PC系統(tǒng)內(nèi)安裝由南澳電氣自主開發(fā),具有*知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的專業(yè)測量控制軟件,并且可實(shí)施網(wǎng)絡(luò)遠(yuǎn)程系統(tǒng)升級(jí)和維護(hù);
