一 操作使用
I. Operation and use
在作業(yè)前將支撐臂打開到135°，旋轉(zhuǎn)支腿絲缸，將底座調(diào)至水平，系好安全繩，檢查行程開關(guān)是否牢固靈敏，上控制按鈕是否正常，便可操作平臺(tái)升降，升至工作高度作業(yè)時(shí)工作人員必須配帶安全帶，并鎖緊在身體和牢固的物體上。
Before operation, open the support arm to 135 °, rotate the outrigger screw cylinder, adjust the base to the horizontal, fasten the safety rope, check whether the travel switch is firm and sensitive, and whether the upper control button is normal, then the platform can be operated for lifting and lowering. When working at the working height, the staff must wear the safety belt and lock it on the body and solid objects.
升降操作：分為上下控制升降手電兩用，按標(biāo)注符號(hào)進(jìn)行操作，使用前檢察手壓閥是否關(guān)閉，當(dāng)作業(yè)時(shí)突然停電，可松開手壓泵閥，升降機(jī)此時(shí)緩慢下降到低位置。

作業(yè)時(shí)勿將物品掉入滑道內(nèi)。

移動(dòng)式升降機(jī)未降到低位置，不準(zhǔn)移動(dòng)整機(jī)。
The elevator is not allowed to move the whole machine until it is lowered to the low position.
風(fēng)雨天氣禁止室外作業(yè)。
Outdoor operation is prohibited in rainy weather.
二 注意事項(xiàng)：

升降機(jī)拆裝時(shí)機(jī)體要垂直防止主體變形和漏油現(xiàn)象。

工作人員注意隨身攜帶的工具和零部件，不要掉入支撐架內(nèi)，防止卡壞鏈條。

使用該機(jī)前首先空升一次，仔細(xì)觀察各部位是否正常有無異常聲音，一經(jīng)發(fā)現(xiàn)，應(yīng)停止使用;由專業(yè)維修人員調(diào)試好后使用(電器元件保修三個(gè)月)。
Before using the machine, lift it once in the air, carefully observe whether each part is normal or abnormal, and stop using it once it is found; It shall be used after debugging by professional maintenance personnel (electrical components are guaranteed for three months).
三日常維護(hù)保養(yǎng)：該機(jī)為室內(nèi)機(jī)，在室外使用時(shí)應(yīng)在地質(zhì)堅(jiān)硬的地面上使用，以免發(fā)生，每使用20次調(diào)整一次鏈條螺絲調(diào)整一次保險(xiǎn)繩螺絲，電器及液壓系統(tǒng)應(yīng)由專業(yè)人員維修。
III. Daily maintenance: This machine is an indoor machine. When used outdoors, it should be used on the hard geological ground to avoid overturning. The chain screw should be adjusted once every 20 times to adjust the safety rope screw. The electrical and hydraulic system should be repaired by professionals.
