1.定位精度高：使用線性滑軌作為線性導(dǎo)引時(shí)，由于線性滑軌的摩擦方式為滾動(dòng)摩擦，不僅摩擦系數(shù)降低至滑動(dòng)導(dǎo)引的1/50，動(dòng)摩擦力于凈摩擦力的差距亦變的很小。因此當(dāng)床臺(tái)運(yùn)行時(shí)，不會(huì)有打滑的現(xiàn)象發(fā)生，可達(dá)到um級(jí)的定位精度。

1. 3.使用高速運(yùn)動(dòng)且大幅度降低機(jī)臺(tái)所需驅(qū)動(dòng)馬力：由于線性滑軌移動(dòng)時(shí)摩擦力非常小，只需較小動(dòng)力便能讓床臺(tái)移動(dòng)，尤其是在床臺(tái)的工作方式為經(jīng)常性往返運(yùn)行時(shí)，更能明顯降低機(jī)臺(tái)電力損耗量。且因其摩擦產(chǎn)生的熱較小，可適用于高速運(yùn)行。

3. Use high-speed movement and greatly reduce the driving horsepower required by the machine: because the friction force is very small when the linear slide rail moves, it can move the bed with only a small power, especially when the working mode of the bed is regular round-trip operation, which can significantly reduce the power loss of the machine. 4.可同時(shí)承受上下左右方向的負(fù)荷：由于線性滑軌特殊的束制結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)，可同時(shí)承受上下左右方向的負(fù)荷，不像滑動(dòng)導(dǎo)引在平行接觸面方向可承受的側(cè)向負(fù)荷較輕。易造成機(jī)臺(tái)運(yùn)行精度不好。

4. 5.組裝容易并具互換性：組裝時(shí)只要銑削或研磨床臺(tái)上滑軌支裝配面，并依建議之步奏將滑軌，滑塊分別以特定扭力固定在機(jī)臺(tái)上，既能重現(xiàn)加工時(shí)的告警密度。線性滑軌具有互換性，可分別更換滑塊或者滑軌神甚至是線性滑軌組，臺(tái)機(jī)即可重新獲得該精度的導(dǎo)引。

5. Easy assembly and interchangeability: during assembly, only milling or grinding the assembly surface of the slide rail on the machine table, and fixing the slide rail and sliding block on the machine table with specific torque according to the recommended steps can reproduce the alarm density during processing.
