ZKZ-3/T type speed monitoring device is connected with the speed pulse sensor, signal of voltage transformer, the speed of real-time monitoring of hydrogenerator and in the unit the speed output switch quantity signal and corresponds to the rotational speed of the unit, analog signal, automatic start and stop and power plant monitoring system service.

四、工作原理

ZKZ-3/T型轉(zhuǎn)速監(jiān)控裝置由齒盤、傳感器及監(jiān)測(cè)裝置本體三部分構(gòu)成。監(jiān)測(cè)裝置采用了MCS-51系列單片機(jī)系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)內(nèi)部分頻后產(chǎn)生測(cè)量定時(shí)脈沖，周期為2us,其測(cè)量精度可達(dá)0.01HZ,穩(wěn)定性高，長(zhǎng)期不變。顯示電路采用高亮度動(dòng)態(tài)顯示方案，亮度高。

信號(hào)測(cè)量電路有隔離、放大、整形功能，兩路信號(hào)*獨(dú)立，當(dāng)齒盤信號(hào)斷線時(shí)，自動(dòng)切入PT信號(hào)，0.3V~250V范圍內(nèi)的信號(hào)電壓能長(zhǎng)期可靠工作，300V以內(nèi)也能斷短期可靠工作。測(cè)速齒盤將其方波信號(hào)取入計(jì)算機(jī)內(nèi)，再換算對(duì)應(yīng)的頻率、轉(zhuǎn)速、轉(zhuǎn)速百分比等內(nèi)容提供顯示、記憶。ZKZ-3/T測(cè)速裝置具有機(jī)組蠕動(dòng)報(bào)警功能，當(dāng)機(jī)組停機(jī)發(fā)生蠕動(dòng)時(shí)，便發(fā)出蠕動(dòng)報(bào)警信號(hào)。

六、接線端子

電源：電壓范圍AC85-265V/50Hz或DC110-340V，無極性限制，本儀器無電源開關(guān)，電源接上以后便長(zhǎng)期連續(xù)運(yùn)行。

PT： 電壓互感器輸入信號(hào)；+24V：脈沖傳感器供電電源；f_C ：脈沖輸入信號(hào)；

COM： 脈沖傳感器信號(hào)公共端；4~20mA：標(biāo)準(zhǔn)電流模擬量輸出端子。

J1~J8：轉(zhuǎn)速輸出接點(diǎn)端子（SPST）；J9： 電源異常報(bào)警接點(diǎn)（SPST）；

J10： 蠕動(dòng)輸出接點(diǎn)端子（SPST）；GND： 機(jī)殼接地。
