橫河電機(jī)CENTUM VP綜合生產(chǎn)控制系統(tǒng)功能強(qiáng)化
橫河電機(jī)集團(tuán)2012年6月19日宣布，公司的旗艦產(chǎn)品CENTUM? VP綜合生產(chǎn)控制系統(tǒng)已研發(fā)出新版本——R5.02。
為了實(shí)現(xiàn)運(yùn)行，橫河電機(jī)打造了VigilantPlant?（理想的工廠）這一業(yè)務(wù)愿景，而CENTUM VP正是這一理念的核心，不斷的發(fā)展并強(qiáng)化著。與Evolution 2015中期經(jīng)營(yíng)計(jì)劃中制定的產(chǎn)品戰(zhàn)略*，CENTUM VP R5.02的開發(fā)符合開創(chuàng)世界*的功能性與可靠性的目標(biāo)。

隨著功能更強(qiáng)的系統(tǒng)與設(shè)備的采用AAB841-S03/A4S00，工業(yè)工廠的規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大，效率也逐步提高，工藝也變得越來越復(fù)雜。而且，現(xiàn)場(chǎng)設(shè)備數(shù)量的增加也為這些工藝帶來了更多的數(shù)據(jù)。為了操作員能夠更好地獲取重要信息，橫河電機(jī)開發(fā)了新功能，可以改善控制與監(jiān)視畫面的可操作性。同時(shí)，通過增強(qiáng)PROFIBUS通信功能，操作員能夠充分感受到現(xiàn)場(chǎng)數(shù)字通信*帶來的好處。
* 現(xiàn)場(chǎng)數(shù)字通信是通過充分、高效的利用智能現(xiàn)場(chǎng)設(shè)備與CENTUM VP系統(tǒng)之間交換的數(shù)字信息，從而優(yōu)化工廠運(yùn)行的方式。
