Converter is the main function of the oxygen potential of the detector output signal E (mV) into a digital display. The oxygen potential signal is under the stable temperature environment. On furnace temperature control, the algorithm USES the fuzzy control algorithm and control constant temperature (750 ℃), floating temperature calculation way, make the oxygen signal is stable and accurate measurement.

(一)一次儀表(氧探頭):氧探頭由防塵裝置、氧化鋯管、加熱電爐、測(cè)溫?zé)犭娕?、接線盒以及殼體等主要部件組成。整個(gè)裝置采用全封閉型結(jié)構(gòu),以增加整個(gè)裝置的密封性能,提高使用壽命。氧探頭長(zhǎng)度為0.2m、0.4m、0.6m、0.8m、1.0m、1.2m 溫度范圍:0-750℃(低溫);750℃-900℃(中溫);900℃以上(高溫)

(二)二次儀表(氧量變送器):變送器實(shí)際上是一個(gè)小型的測(cè)控系統(tǒng),由單片機(jī)作為*控制系統(tǒng)。將來(lái)自氧探頭的模擬信號(hào)(氧勢(shì)、熱電勢(shì))分別轉(zhuǎn)換成0-10KHz 調(diào)頻信號(hào),經(jīng)光電隔離后送至計(jì)算機(jī),采用調(diào)頻方式能將儀表輸入、輸出相互隔離,這樣就消除了諸如大電流跳變所引起的干擾,能夠克服高共模電壓,因而大大提高了儀表的抗*力。應(yīng)用程序主要由主程序和子程序組成,所有的程序都采用模塊結(jié)構(gòu)編制,便于修改、增加軟件功能,以滿足不同用戶的特殊需要。程序運(yùn)算采用了三位浮點(diǎn)數(shù),保證了運(yùn)算的精度,對(duì)氧濃、爐溫的計(jì)算,采用查表線性插值法,對(duì)爐溫的控制采用增量式PID 算式控制。
(二) secondary instrument (oxygen transmitter) : transmitter is actually a small measurement and control system, by single chip microcomputer as the central control system. Oxygen probe will come from analog signals (oxygen potential, thermoelectric potential) into 0 to 10 KHZ frequency modulation signal, respectively, after photoelectric isolation sent to the computer, using frequency modulation to instrument input, output, isolated, thus eliminating the interference caused by such as large current jump, can overcome the high common-mode voltage, thus greatly improve the anti-interference ability of the instrument. Application is mainly composed of main program and subroutines, all programs use the module structure, easy to modify, increase software functions, in order to meet the special needs of different users. Program operation adopted three floating point Numbers, ensure the accuracy of the operation, the oxygen concentration, the calculation of furnace temperature, using the look-up table linear interpolation method, to control the furnace temperature control by incremental PID formula.
