一、概述Outline

QJ（D/S）R型精小型氣動(dòng)O型切斷球閥一種轉(zhuǎn)角為90°的旋轉(zhuǎn)類控制閥。它由氣動(dòng)活塞式執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)和O型球閥組成，閥芯采用圓柱形通孔球體。QJ（D/S）R型為軟密封球閥、QJ（D/S）RY型為硬密封球閥。
該產(chǎn)品以壓縮空氣為動(dòng)力源，接受集散控制系統(tǒng)（DCS），可編程控制器（PLC）等開關(guān)信號(hào)，通過(guò)電磁閥可實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)閥門快速位式控制。
該產(chǎn)品采用直通型鑄造閥體，球面經(jīng)特殊工藝加工和硬化處理，使其表面光滑耐磨，具有壽命長(zhǎng)、結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、動(dòng)作可靠、流通能力大、流阻系數(shù)小、安裝方便及良好的切斷性能等特點(diǎn)。產(chǎn)品廣泛應(yīng)用于造紙、石化、冶金、航天、食品、醫(yī)藥、水處理等行業(yè)，特別適用于高黏度和含有纖維介質(zhì)的工藝控制。
氣動(dòng)活塞式執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)可分為單作用和雙作用兩種。雙作用使用在失電或失氣時(shí)，閥門處于失電或失氣時(shí)的位置，以確保繼續(xù)生產(chǎn)。單作用在失電或失氣時(shí)，閥門處于原始極限位置（全開或全閉），以確保生產(chǎn)過(guò)程處于安全位置。
