FLOWMAX 流量計

Flowmax® is a flowmeter for measuring liquid flow. Flowmax® is especially suited to measure dynamic processes in closed pipes of an automation environment.
Flowmax® 400i has no moving parts ａnd is free of wear. The design of the pipe minimizes dead volumes over the whole geometry.
All parts having contact to the medium are PFA （New Teflon）. Therefore Flowmax® 400i can be used for very alkaline, very toxic and/or very aggressive media like concentrated acids and leaches.

CIP or SIP cleaning processes are possible. The measuring result is provided over a scalable pulse output ａnd a programmable current output. All parameters of the flowmeter are individually configurable with MIB PC-Software FlowSoft® and USBtoRS485-Converter. The integrated gas control with empty pipe detection at the alarm output offers additional information. Process connection of Flowmax® 400i is free of seals using flare technology or NPT-screwing.

Flowmax 22i/44i

Flowmax 22i ａnd Flowmax 44i are flowmeters for measuring liquid flow by calculating the volume flow rate in the liquid. Based on the Ultrasonic-Technology Flowmax is able to measure conductible and not conductible liquids contactless.
 

Flowmax suits for continuous volume measurements ａnd with its 250 Measurements/Second also for very dynamic applications. Flowmax has no moving parts and is free of wear. The design of the pipe minimizes dead volumes over the whole geometry. All parts having contact to the medium are PSU.
Therefore Flowmax can be used for a big amount of different medias like: distillated water, body cares, cosmetics, fluid food, alkaline liquids, toxic or aggressive media like concentrated acids and leaches. CIP cleaning processes are possible. Flowmax advantage is its high measuring accuracy and repeatability.

The measuring result is provided over a scalable pulse output. Programming ａnd visualizing of the analog output is done via a RS485 interface. It is possible to share all measured information with IT-systems on the computer.
Flowmax 44i shows the measured flow in series on a background lighted display with actual flow and volume counter. Standard programming can be done by the keypad. Additional to the editable pulse output there are, current output, two digital outputs and one digital input available.

All parameters of the flowmeter are individually configurable with MIB PC-Software FlowSoft ａnd USBtoRS485-Converter. The integrated gas control with empty pipe detection on the alarm output offers additional information.

Speedmax 400i

Speedmax® is an inline speed of sound measuring instrument for online determining of the concentration of liquid media. Speedmax® is especially suited for measuring dynamic processes in closed pipes of an automation environment. With the measured speed of sound ａnd the temperature of the medium the current concentration of medium can be determined on basis of well known speed of sound curves.

Speedmax® is especially suited for quality assurance, to control continuous processes ａnd min./max.limits in pipes. All parts having contact to the medium are PFA （New Teflon）. Therefore Speedmax® can be used for very alkaline, very toxic and/or very aggressive media like concentrated acids and leaches. The measuring values of speed of sound and temperature are measured from outside through the measuring pipe. Process connections are free of seals using flare technology or NPT-screwing.

The design of the pipe minimizes dead volumes over the whole geometry. For output of measuring values a current output, limit outputs ａnd a RS 485 interface are available.

Flowview 2i

Flowview 100i

The solution for controlling of stock ａnd consumption. Flexible programming of the Micro-PLC possible. All typical functions of a PLC available. Flexible programming of the visualization and information about connected devices is based on the IEC61131-3 conform programming software. Connecting of different MIB flowmeters via RS-485 interface or the I/Os.

It is also possible to connect foreign devices on the I/Os. Data transmission via Ethernet or GSM is available optionally. The Flowview 100i is a compact All-in-One controlsystem with integrated touchscreen, I/O-Module, networking option ａnd MicroSD card slot.
Due to it´s specially designed high-resolution resistive touchscreen the Flowview is suitable for outdoor and indoor applications. （if mounted in a panel, protection class IP 67）

The Flowview is programmable by the programming software "Cscape". It is possible to control a range of different processes from small to large applications.

EPD 100

EPD is an ultrasonic-sensor to detect gas bubbles ａnd for full or empty pipe detection of tubes in all areas of industry. EPD is conceived as clamp on-system. It is installed on existing plastic tube systems. Mounting is possible any time during full operation, "plug and play".

EPD 100P is suitable as empty pipe detection for
- clear, muddy, conductible and non conductible liquids. The applications are from
   DI-water to very aggressive and/or toxic chemicals
- applications with high hygienic standards
- process conditions, which require mesh free measurement
- later installation in existing plants
- controlling of gas bubbles in pipes with oils, colours, paints or adhesives
- general controlling respectively logistic tasks
- controlling of plant situations in supplying pipes
- defined switching of containers
- dry running protection e.g. of continuous flow water heaters or pumps
- contact free limit control in increasing pipes of tanks

EPD 100P is available for plastic tubes of ½" and 3/4".
Only use tubes with smoothly outside surfaces.
Tissue tubes are not suitable!
