      Step type chip conveyor
      性能、特點(diǎn)與用途 Performance，characteristics and application
      HRBJ系列步進(jìn)式排屑裝置由液壓系統(tǒng)、電控系統(tǒng)、槽體、推屑桿等組成。通過往復(fù)動力源驅(qū)動推桿往復(fù)運(yùn)動，使切屑不斷前進(jìn)的排屑裝置。主要應(yīng)用于干式或濕式加工中各種材質(zhì)和不同形狀的切屑輸送。特別適用于重型機(jī)床自動線生產(chǎn)和流水線加工鋼件產(chǎn)生的長、卷狀、團(tuán)狀切屑的輸送。步進(jìn)式排屑裝置可根據(jù)用戶要求安裝在地面上或地溝內(nèi)，單臺可制成5～300m左右的輸送線，尤其適用于軸承、火車輪轂、軋輥、回轉(zhuǎn)軸承等特殊材料切屑的集中輸送。
      HRBJ series stepping chip conveyor consists of hydraulic pressure system, electrical control system,groove body and push rod. It is an automatic chip transport device. Push rod constantly propels chips forward by a reciprocating power source. This chip conveyor is mainly used for transporting chips of different materials and different shapes in dry or wet processing. It is especially suitable for transporting long chips, coiled chips and rolled chips which are produced by heavy machine tool automatic production line and assembly line that deal with steel pieces. Stepping chip conveyor can be installed on floor or in trench under horizon.
      Single chip conveyor can be made about 5m to 300m conveyor line. It particularly applies to centralized transport chips of special materials, such as bearing, train wheel hub, roller and pivoting support etc.
