用途與特點(diǎn)：
1、本機(jī)主要適用于汽車制造業(yè)單組份、雙組份汽車隔音吸音棉智能全自動(dòng)專用封邊裁切一體作業(yè)，是集汽車隔音墊、隔音氈生產(chǎn)自動(dòng)封邊、成型、裁切于一體的*產(chǎn)品。
2、該機(jī)適用于各種非金屬性汽車內(nèi)飾材料的壓制工藝，采用獨(dú)立的液壓動(dòng)力機(jī)構(gòu)和PLC電氣控制系統(tǒng)，可實(shí)現(xiàn)手動(dòng)和自動(dòng)作業(yè)，能同時(shí)完成成型和裁切定程成型兩種生產(chǎn)工藝;其工作壓力、工作行程、工作速度，冷確保壓時(shí)間，-次成型壓力，二次裁切壓力補(bǔ)壓力等程序可按照產(chǎn)品工藝要求設(shè)置在一定范圍內(nèi)任意調(diào)整。
3、加熱板上下模板溫度分六段，可根據(jù)產(chǎn)品材料自由調(diào)節(jié)，設(shè)定熱壓溫度及保壓時(shí)間。配有安全光柵，保證人工操作安全。配有磁粉張力控制，氣漲軸，實(shí)現(xiàn)卷材的恒張力控制，減少誤差和浪費(fèi)。
4、該機(jī)具有生產(chǎn)效率快，成型封邊不反彈，可以根據(jù)產(chǎn)品需求封邊帶花紋，切邊不卷邊等優(yōu)點(diǎn)，無需大量人工裁切修邊，加工產(chǎn)品美觀。比傳統(tǒng)四柱油壓機(jī)效率提高6倍，更省人力，大大節(jié)約了人工成本，提高了產(chǎn)品的產(chǎn)量和品質(zhì)。

Equipped with magnetic powder tension control and gas rising shaft to achieve constant tension control of the coil, reducing errors and waste.
