3.主機(jī)采用雙油缸、雙曲柄連桿平衡、四柱精密導(dǎo)向機(jī)構(gòu)，保證每一個(gè)裁斷位置的裁斷深度相同。
4.壓板下壓接觸刀模時(shí)自動(dòng)慢切，使裁斷料最上層與最下層之間沒有尺寸誤差。
5.供油自動(dòng)潤滑系統(tǒng)，保證了機(jī)器的使用壽命和精度。
6.可配置單邊或雙邊自動(dòng)送料系統(tǒng)，令整機(jī)生產(chǎn)效率提高二到三倍。
7.可配置裁斷板微動(dòng)裝置，使裁斷板均勻消耗，節(jié)約成本。
