2005年國內(nèi)一臺自主創(chuàng)新研發(fā)的叉裝車在威盛公司誕生,改變了叉車、汽車吊、挖掘機、桅桿吊在石材礦山荒料低效率,高成本開采、裝卸、搬運的囧況??萍嘉磥恚瑒?chuàng)新驅動發(fā)展, 2015年大噸位智能叉裝車(可叉裝物料52噸)在威盛公司研制成功,產(chǎn)品可配置遠程智能診斷故障系統(tǒng)、智能終端系統(tǒng)、GPS定位,實時監(jiān)測車況信息,實現(xiàn)了節(jié)能、快速有效、減排效果,獲得了客戶的!我公司叉裝車現(xiàn)已形成系列化產(chǎn)品(3.8噸~52噸),是國內(nèi)叉裝車生產(chǎn)制造商,擁有核心自主知識產(chǎn)權()2008年WSM951T16叉裝車獲得了“國家石材行業(yè)技術革新一等獎"、2012年獲得了“福建省科學技術進步二等獎"、2012年被列入“科技計劃項目"、2014年被列入“支撐計劃項目"等諸多獎項。無規(guī)矩不成方圓,為規(guī)范叉裝車行業(yè)合理健康發(fā)展,我公司主筆起草了《JB/T11296-2012石材礦山叉裝車》行業(yè)標準,推動了叉裝車行業(yè)質(zhì)與量的發(fā)展。
In 2005, the first fork wheel loader independently innovated in China by WSM, which changed the situation of low efficiency and high cost mining, loading, unloading and handling of forklifts, truck cranes, excavators and masts hanging in stone mines.Leading the future science and technology, innovation-driven development, in 2015, the world's largest tonnage intelligent fork wheel loader (maximum fork material 52 tons) by WSM successfully developed, the product can configure the remote fault intelligent diagnosis system, intelligent terminal system, GPS positioning, real-time monitoring information in perfect condition, realize the energy saving, high efficiency, emissions reduction effect, won the customer consistent high praise!My fork wheel loader has formed series products of the company (3.8 tons ~ 52 tons), is the most complete domestic products, the biggest manufacturer of fork truck loading production in tonnage, 37 items with core independent intellectual property rights (patents), which reached the international advanced level 3, the domestic leading level 11, WSM951T16 fork truck loading in 2008 won the "national stone industry technology innovation award", in 2012 won the "Fujian province scientific and technological progress second prize", in 2012 is listed as "national science and technology plan projects", in 2014 was listed in "national support plan project", and many other awards. In order to standardize the reasonable and healthy development of fork-loading industry, our company has drafted the industry standard JB/ t11296-2012 fork-loading in stone mine, which has promoted the development of fork-loading industry in quality and quantity, and is the leader and ancestor of fork-loading industry in China.

*的叉鏟裝性能,換上鏟斗可當裝載機使用,配置大缸徑的舉升缸,地面舉升力達到34噸。

Strong structure
前后車架采用箱型結構,運用有限元分析方法設計板材厚、焊縫牢、強度高,車架上下鉸接間距大,抗扭曲能力強、抗沖擊韌性好,適應任何惡劣作業(yè)工況。The front and rear frame adopt box structure, using the finite element analysis method of super design, thickness material , strong welding seam,high intensity, the spacing of up and down frame is large, the distortion resistance is strong, good impact toughness, it fit any adverse operating conditions.

新型鋼結構駕駛室內(nèi)飾豪華,前吹風,空間大,視野寬,空調(diào)和暖風機外置(選配),可調(diào)式豪華座椅,調(diào)節(jié)方便,乘坐舒適。
