PGZW1250N高潔凈型全自動(dòng)離心機(jī)是一種立式、小刮刀卸料、自動(dòng)間歇操作過濾式離心機(jī)，可通過自動(dòng)或手動(dòng)方式進(jìn)行周期性循環(huán)操作。該離心機(jī)最初是為了滿足分離成品味精所需的高潔凈度、高脫水速度要求而設(shè)計(jì)，是味精行業(yè)的關(guān)鍵設(shè)備之一，除了符合高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)衛(wèi)生要求、國(guó)家GMP要求之外，閉合罩設(shè)計(jì)還能有效防護(hù)出料不受污染，廣泛應(yīng)用于結(jié)晶型物料及對(duì)出料潔凈度要求高的場(chǎng)合。		PGZW1250N automatic self-cleaning centrifuge for MSG discharges by small scraper,operates intermittently.It works cyclic automatically or manually.PGZ1250N designed originally for MSG industry,satisfied the requirements of high cleanliness and high running speed.Wonderful enclosure design protect MSG product free from contamination.This model widely used in deal with crystalline material and occasions with high cleanliness demand.

◎工作原理

◎Working principle

待分離物料由進(jìn)料管進(jìn)入高速旋轉(zhuǎn)的離心機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)鼓，在離心力場(chǎng)的作用下，均布在轉(zhuǎn)鼓內(nèi)壁的濾布上，進(jìn)行過濾分離。分離過程中液相透過固相物料、濾布的縫隙和轉(zhuǎn)鼓壁上的小孔，從底盤的出液管流出；而固相物料則被截留在轉(zhuǎn)鼓壁內(nèi)。進(jìn)料及分離過程中，閉合罩始終與轉(zhuǎn)鼓底部緊密接觸，防止料液進(jìn)入下料口。當(dāng)達(dá)到分離要求后，閉合罩上升，刮刀機(jī)構(gòu)開始卸料，料渣從出渣口排出。

Material comes into rotating drum trough feed tube,centrifugal force field makes it spread evenly on filter cloth of interior wall.During separation process,liquid trough gap within solid phase and filter cloth also holes of drum wall,discharges by outlet.While solid material retained within drum wall.In the process of feeding and separating,enclosure compactly combined with drum bottom,keep liquid material away from outlet.After separation,enclosure rises up,scraper unit discharges,residues discharge from outlet.

◎主要特點(diǎn)

◎Main features

1、整機(jī)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn)、噪音低、自動(dòng)化程度高、操作靈活方便，勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度低。
2、采用變頻+PLC可編程控制系統(tǒng)，啟動(dòng)平穩(wěn)，通過程序設(shè)定實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)化，能耗或回饋制動(dòng)。
3、采用三相交流變頻調(diào)速異步電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)，在周期自動(dòng)循環(huán)操作中，變頻無極調(diào)速可以限度地滿足低速進(jìn)料、高速分離、低速卸料各工序?qū)D(zhuǎn)速的要求。根據(jù)物料性能的變化可以提供相應(yīng)的轉(zhuǎn)速點(diǎn)實(shí)現(xiàn)化的操作。
4、無人看護(hù)，實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)監(jiān)測(cè)與保護(hù)。具有轉(zhuǎn)速檢測(cè)、料層探測(cè)、過振動(dòng)保護(hù)、電機(jī)過載過熱保護(hù)、刮刀旋轉(zhuǎn)升降機(jī)械電氣雙重聯(lián)鎖保護(hù)等多項(xiàng)功能。
5、內(nèi)部閉合罩結(jié)構(gòu)，確保工作過程中卸料口不受原液的污染，保證分離后物料的潔凈度。

2) Adopts frequency-alterable+PLC system,smooth start,through programmed design realize dynamic braking or feedback braking.
3) Driving by three-phase AC variable frequency induction motors,in cyclic operation the function of stepless speed regulation satisfied requirements of every process.Practice optimized operation based on different material properties.
4) Unattended operation facilitate automatic monitoring and protecting.
5）Wonderful enclosure structure ensure discharge outlet free from contamination of stoste,makes treated material purity.

◎主要材料

◎Composition of critical parts

1、平板為Q235A包襯不銹鋼。
2、轉(zhuǎn)鼓底為不銹鋼鑄件。
3、機(jī)殼、機(jī)蓋包括附屬品全部采用不銹鋼。
4、軸承座采用鑄鋼件(ZG230-450)。
5、刮刀片及刮刀軸采用SUS304不銹鋼。
6、閉合罩采用SUS304不銹鋼，底部密封材質(zhì)為硅橡膠。
