             涂裝生產(chǎn)線前處理設(shè)備是表面處理常用的設(shè)備，為涂裝前對(duì)工件表面之氧化皮、鐵銹、油脂、塵土等污垢物進(jìn)行清洗的工序，使涂裝粉體與金屬表面結(jié)合牢固、附著力強(qiáng)、從而使產(chǎn)品獲得更高的品質(zhì)，延長(zhǎng)產(chǎn)品的使用壽命。
             前處理分為噴霧式、浸液式、潛泳式或結(jié)合式處理，可視工件及具體生產(chǎn)要求選擇處理方式。一套完整的前處理生產(chǎn)線設(shè)備由槽體、噴淋系統(tǒng)、加熱控溫系統(tǒng)、通風(fēng)系統(tǒng)、磷化液沉淀除渣系統(tǒng)、噴淋室體和照明裝置組成。該生產(chǎn)線可實(shí)現(xiàn)全自動(dòng)控制。
             前處理設(shè)備一般多采用噴淋式多工位前處理機(jī)組形式，其原理是利用機(jī)械沖刷加速化學(xué)反應(yīng)來完成除油、磷化、水洗等工藝過程。
             鋼件噴淋式前處理的典型工藝是：預(yù)脫脂、脫脂、水洗、水洗、表調(diào)、磷化、水洗、水洗、純水洗。
