1. 本機采用*的中國臺灣威倫觸摸顯示器，*的PLC電腦程序，采用伺服驅(qū)動，自動糾偏控制程序。具有自動計數(shù)、斷料自動停機、電眼跟蹤任意長度、失效自動報警、放料采用光電糾偏、磁粉張力控制等。

2. 整機采用變頻調(diào)速。具有自動放料、折底、燙刀熱合、點斷、打孔、超聲波焊燙點、振動盤高速自動上拉頭、硅膠板出料等功能。

3. 本機具有臥式燙拉鏈和自動上拉鏈頭兩大特點，拉鏈燙合更加穩(wěn)定、機器高速穿拉鏈頭效率更高，節(jié)省人工和物力。

Main characteristic

1. this machine adopts advanced Taiwan Weinview touch display, advanced PLC computer program using servo drive, automatic correction control program. With automatic counting, automatic shutdown off material, electric eye tracking anyltaly length, failure alarm, discharge using optical correction, magnetic powder tension control.

2. the machine adopts frequency control with automatic discharge, fold the bottom, hot knife welding, cutting-off, drilling, ultrasonic welding hot spot, vibration speed automatic slider, silicone plate discharging other functions.

3. the machine at the discharge part of design of the cooling system, the production of the bag section, after cooling, better sealing.

4. the machine has horizontal hot zipper and zipper automatic two features, zipper hot together more stable, higher-speed machine wear zipper efficiency, save labor and material resources.
