熒光粉氫氣還原爐的簡(jiǎn)介：
熒光粉氫氣還原爐是由洛陽(yáng)西格馬高溫電爐生產(chǎn)的高溫氫氣氣氛爐，該熒光粉氫氣還原爐高溫度可高達(dá)1700℃。采用氧化鋁纖維作為爐膛材料，以鉬絲作為加熱元件，爐門板中嵌有冷卻水管，以保證工作時(shí)的密封性能。水冷系統(tǒng)可以輔助電爐降溫。氣體經(jīng)過流量計(jì)后由后膛進(jìn)出，有多處洗爐膛進(jìn)氣口、出氣口處有燃燒嘴，可以預(yù)抽真空并能通氫氣、氬氣、氮?dú)狻⒀鯕?、一氧化碳、氨分解氣等氣體。
The hydrogen reduction furnace for phosphor is a high temperature hydrogen atmosphere furnace produced by Luoyang sigma high temperature electric furnace. The high temperature of the hydrogen reduction furnace can reach 1700 ℃. Alumina fiber is used as furnace material, molybdenum wire is used as heating element, and cooling water pipe is embedded in furnace door plate to ensure sealing performance during operation. The water cooling system can assist the furnace to cool down. After passing through the flow meter, the gas enters and exits from the rear chamber. There are several furnace washing inlets and combustion nozzles at the gas inlet and outlet, which can pre vacuum and pass hydrogen, argon, nitrogen, oxygen, carbon monoxide, ammonia decomposition gas and other gases.
熒光粉氫氣還原爐主要為硅酸鹽粉，鋁酸鹽粉批量生產(chǎn)提供氫氣、惰性氣體等條件，具有安全可靠、操作簡(jiǎn)單、控溫精度高、保溫效果好、溫度范圍大、爐膛溫度均勻性高等特點(diǎn)。
