         FGB6800高性能集裝袋縫紉機(jī)，采用單直機(jī)針、擺梭勾線、上下復(fù)合送料，腳踏回縫，操作簡(jiǎn)便,構(gòu)成雙線鎖式線跡。由于本機(jī)器采用特殊的上送料機(jī)構(gòu)和壓腳交叉提升機(jī)構(gòu),它除具有一般工業(yè)縫紉機(jī)的各項(xiàng)性能之外,其是對(duì)各種集裝布、吊帶等縫料和潛移性較大的中厚料,在縫紉過(guò)程中能使上層和下層送料量達(dá)到一致,在高低重疊縫紉和爬坡縫紉時(shí),送料爽、針距穩(wěn)定、線跡平整而美觀、縫厚料、薄料性能穩(wěn)定、操作省力等優(yōu)點(diǎn)，同時(shí)還可以按集裝袋工藝的特殊要求進(jìn)行調(diào)節(jié)，正縫、倒縫、打橫針操作簡(jiǎn)便自如，并可縫紉加防塵條的包裝制品。
       
         Brief Introduction of  Enterprise
       
      FGB6800 High-performance sewing machine for containing bag adopts single straight needle. oscillat-ing shuttle thread hooking mechanism.upper and lower combined feeding and foot pedal back sewing. It is easy to operate .It forms 2-thread locd stitch. This machine adopts special upper feeding mechanism and presser cross lifting mechanism, besides the various properties same with other general industrial sewing ma-chine, it has advantages of same feeding size of upper layer and lower layer when sewing different containcloth and sling and medium or thick material with big potential moving property, easy to feeding when makehigh and low over-lap sewing and climbing sewing. It has sterdy stitch size, smooth and beautiful stitch. It is easy to operate and has steady property when sewing thick material or thin material. At the same time, it couldbe regulated according to special requirement of containing bag technolgy. It is easy to sew in forward stitch, invrted stitch and horizontal stitch.
