       產(chǎn)品特點(diǎn)PRODUCT FEATURES  
       
       PD系列膠帶輸送機(jī)由電動(dòng)滾筒、改向滾筒、雙向螺旋橡膠托輥、防腐輸送膠帶、張緊裝置、機(jī)架等裝置組成。該機(jī)采用鋼芯鑄膠雙向螺旋托輥，因螺旋的作用力使輸送膠帶始終在機(jī)架縱向中心運(yùn)行，起到自定中心的作用，使膠帶不偏跑，促使物料在運(yùn)行中內(nèi)聚，不易外撲飛揚(yáng)。該機(jī)托輥與膠帶的磨損系數(shù)小，對(duì)粘濕物不結(jié)輥。其機(jī)長(zhǎng)度及裝配形式可根據(jù)用戶要求確定，傳動(dòng)可用電滾筒，也可用帶驅(qū)動(dòng)架的驅(qū)動(dòng)裝置。本公司生產(chǎn)的皮帶輸送機(jī)具有輸送量大、結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、維修方便、部件標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。  
       
       PD series belt conveyor consists of electric drum, reversing drum, two-way spiral rubber roller, anti-corrosion conveying tape, tensioning device, frame and other devices. The machine adopts steel core casting rubber two-way spiral roller. Because of the force of the screw, the conveying tape always runs in the longitudinal center of the frame, which plays the role of self-centering, so that the tape does not run, which makes the material cohesive during operation. The flutter is flying. The roller and the tape of the machine have a small wear coefficient, and the adhesive does not form a roller. The machine length and assembly form can be determined according to user requirements. The drive can be used with an electric roller or a drive device with a drive frame. The belt conveyor produced by our company has the advantages of large conveying capacity, simple structure, convenient maintenance and standardization of components.
