JF-202模板式自動數(shù)粒機是通過數(shù)片模板進行整粒、數(shù)粒，再通過旋轉(zhuǎn)進入灌裝通道進行裝瓶這個設(shè)備由物料盤、數(shù)片模板、擺動模板、擺動機構(gòu)、下料機構(gòu)及控制系統(tǒng)。整機采用全封閉結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計，PLC系統(tǒng)操作，還裝有多項保護裝置

擺動機構(gòu)采用內(nèi)孔偏心中心軸結(jié)構(gòu)，變頻調(diào)速產(chǎn)生擺動效果好、噪聲低。主機生產(chǎn)速度、篩動頻率均可調(diào)節(jié)。
與藥物接觸部分為316L不銹鋼或者無毒化學(xué)性能穩(wěn)定的非金屬材料制作。
Overview
JF-202 Template Counting Machine sorts and counts grains through several templates, then spins medicines to let them enter filling channel for bottling. This machine is made up of material disk, several templates, swing mechanism, discharging mechanism and control system. The whole machine adopts totally-enclosed structure design, Plc system operation, and many protective devices are also installed.

The swing system uses the advanced structure of eccentric inner hole deviating from central axis. Variable frequency control system allows good swing effect and low noises level. The speed and the swing frequency of the machine can be adjusted.
It is made up of 316L stainless steel reasonable in construction with requirement of GMP Main technical parameters
