金屬種類(lèi)與檢測(cè)靈敏度
現(xiàn)實(shí)中金屬的種類(lèi)繁多，對(duì)于不同種類(lèi)的金屬，金檢機(jī)的檢測(cè)靈 敏度是不相同的。據(jù)檢測(cè)難易程度和金檢機(jī)原理，我們傾向于將所有金 屬分類(lèi)兩大類(lèi)，磁性金屬和非磁性金屬，磁性金屬函括鐵、鈷、鎳元素 為代表的合金材質(zhì)金屬，其它的都為非磁性金屬，由于函括范圍較大， 如銅，鋁，合金，不銹鋼 等等。所以通常采用信號(hào)的銅(非鐵)和最 弱的不銹鋼(304/316)做為檢測(cè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，固通常需要檢測(cè)三種類(lèi)型：
鐵金屬(Fe): 可以很容易被磁鐵吸引的金屬，例如純鐵。這類(lèi)金屬通常是在食品制 作中見(jiàn)的異物，而且最容易被金屬檢測(cè)機(jī)檢測(cè)，所以其靈敏度是。
非鐵金屬(Non-Fe): 高導(dǎo)電的非磁性金屬，例如銅，鋁，金，銀，黃銅等）。 當(dāng)被檢測(cè)的產(chǎn)品是屬于干貨時(shí)，其靈敏度會(huì)接近可被檢出的鐵金屬的尺寸。 如果產(chǎn)品是屬于濕貨時(shí)，其靈敏 度會(huì)低于鐵金屬， 可檢出的非鐵金屬尺寸會(huì)比鐵金屬的尺寸大至少 50%。
不銹鋼（SUS）: 300 系列不銹鋼，例如 304，316。根據(jù)金屬檢測(cè)的定義及技術(shù)，而且不銹 鋼擁有較低的導(dǎo)電性和磁導(dǎo)率，所以不銹鋼的靈敏度是所有常見(jiàn)的金屬中的。 當(dāng)被檢測(cè)的產(chǎn)品是屬于干貨時(shí)，不銹鋼球的尺寸需要比鐵金屬的尺寸大 50%，才可產(chǎn)生相同的信號(hào)。 但當(dāng)產(chǎn)品是屬于濕貨時(shí)，不銹鋼球的尺寸需要比鐵金屬的尺寸大 100 至 200%，才可產(chǎn)生相同的信號(hào)
