Kerk NTG Low Life Anti-Backlash Nut and Lead Screw

反向移動：
有時(shí)也稱為可逆性，反向移動是指螺桿通過施加在螺母上的推力負(fù)載轉(zhuǎn)動的能力。一般情況下，當(dāng)螺桿導(dǎo)程小于無涂層螺桿直徑的1/3或Kerkote® TFE涂層螺釘直徑的1/4時(shí)，不會發(fā)生反向移動。對于可能出現(xiàn)反向移動的較高導(dǎo)程，保持負(fù)載所需的扭矩為：

螺桿直線度：

測得的螺桿直線度為總指示偏差（TIR）。螺桿的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)直線度為0.003英寸/英尺。Haydon Kerk Motion Solutions可根據(jù)客戶要求提供更嚴(yán)格的規(guī)格。

在發(fā)貨前，所有螺桿都經(jīng)手工較直。
