廣隆富牌GLF10A-300自動(dòng)線條機(jī)(豪華型)集成傳統(tǒng)線條機(jī)各項(xiàng)優(yōu)點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行全新設(shè)計(jì)，針對(duì)客戶需求對(duì)線條的加工生產(chǎn)做了一次傳統(tǒng)的改變，同時(shí)提供了一種集成表面拋光、雙側(cè)面拋光為一體的線條機(jī)，線條一次性加工成成品，真正做到一步到位。也同時(shí)解決了大落差外墻線條難題，是目前同類產(chǎn)品無法媲美的優(yōu)點(diǎn)，本設(shè)備占地面積小、一人操縱便可完成一切，在傳統(tǒng)的線條設(shè)備加工的基礎(chǔ)上節(jié)約了大量人力、物力資源，是線條生產(chǎn)轉(zhuǎn)型的優(yōu)選設(shè)備。

技術(shù)突破：
1.便捷對(duì)刀，保持所有工作磨輪吻合一致。
2.快速、穩(wěn)定、安全換輪，為更換磨輪節(jié)約大量時(shí)間。
3.恒壓力自動(dòng)補(bǔ)償，打破傳統(tǒng)的補(bǔ)償方式避免線條表面魚鱗狀振紋。
4.磨輪主軸30/50快速互換，外墻線條用50軸，內(nèi)墻線條用30軸，大大節(jié)約磨料成本。
5.可裝外徑140-300磨輪，加工內(nèi)外墻線條均可，一 機(jī)多用。
6.缺料自動(dòng)懸停報(bào)警，避免損傷機(jī)器。
7.集成雙側(cè)面拋光，無須專人操作，大大減少人工車成本。
8. 普通線條、線條雙邊拋光、 弧形線條加工 三合一。
