充分開發(fā)利用卡特底盤*的增壓功能，對于極限工況條件下將系統(tǒng)壓力提升到36MPa，從而使動力頭大扭矩和主卷揚大提升力增大，實現(xiàn)比其他廠家同檔位機型入巖能力更強，提升力更大；動力頭多檔控制，可滿足多種工況的需求，提高施工效率的同時也達到節(jié)能減排的目的；增加動力頭與主卷復合動作，有效提高施工效率。
Fully developing and taking advantage of turbocharged feature of Caterpillar Undercarriage which in limited conditions can increase the system pressure up to 36MPA, so that makes power head maximum torque and main winch maximum lifting capacity increased which also makes embedding and lifting ability more powerful compared with other companiessame-level drilling rig; Power head can be controlled well with multifold gears which can satisfy different construction condition, also improve construction efficiency, conserve energy and reduce emission; Increasing composite action for power head and main winch, effectively improving the efficiency of construction.
主卷后置，大滾筒單層鋼絲繩，有效提高鋼絲繩使用壽命;液壓系統(tǒng)增加二級緩沖（蓄能器），減小減速機和馬達的沖擊,從而提高減速和馬達使用壽命及節(jié)能環(huán)保。
Main winch installing backwards and large roller with single steel wire rope improving the wire rope service life; Hydraulic system with increased the secondary buffer(accumulator) to reduce the impact of speed reducer and motor, thus improve the service life of speed reducer and motor and also can achieve the goal of energy conservation and environmental protection.
