熒光磁粉 這是一種在紫外線(黑光) 照射下進(jìn)行磁痕觀察的磁粉。熒光磁粉有水性和油性兩種。

它是以磁性氧化鐵粉、工業(yè)純鐵粉、粉等為核心，再在外面粘合一層熒光染料樹脂制成。在紫外光的照射下，能發(fā)出波長(zhǎng)為510~550nm ·為人眼接受的Z敏感的鮮明的黃綠色熒光，與工件表面顏色形成很高的對(duì)比度。熒光磁粉具有很高的檢測(cè)靈敏度，可見度及與工件表面的對(duì)比度都遠(yuǎn)大于非熒光磁粉，容易觀察，能提高檢測(cè)速度，使用范圍也很廣泛。
