Bearing demagnetization equipment

設備應能滿足軸承的退磁、降低金屬顆粒在工件表面的吸附力，便于清洗機能的洗凈軸承內(nèi)外的金屬顆粒。設備采用PLC可編程控制器控制，具有自動化程度高、生產(chǎn)速度快、工人勞動強度低等優(yōu)點。

The equipment shall be able to meet the demagnetization of the bearing, reduce the adsorption force of metal particles on the surface of the workpiece, and facilitate the cleaning machine to thoroughly clean the metal particles inside and outside the bearing. The equipment is controlled by PLC programmable controller, which has the advantages of high degree of automation, fast production speed, low labor intensity of workers, etc.

1、安裝位置：安裝在軸承輸送系統(tǒng)的輸送線上,輸送線的操作臺面為800mm,

Installation position: it is installed on the conveying line of the bearing conveying system, and the operation table of the conveying line is 800 mm.

2、線圈安匝數(shù)：8000-14000AT；

5、軸承的輸送形式：以滾筒式輸送線經(jīng)過退磁裝置；

7、退磁線圈采用磁軛式；

8、線圈溫度：≥ 50攝氏度；

9、Z大退磁工件重100公斤；

The maximum demagnetization workpiece weighs 100kg.
