HDPE供水管材生產(chǎn)線性能和優(yōu)點：廣州聯(lián)信塑機自行研制開發(fā)的HDPE供水管材生產(chǎn)線其結(jié)構(gòu)*，自動化程度高，操作方便，連續(xù)生產(chǎn)穩(wěn)定可靠。HDPE供水管材生產(chǎn)線的管道產(chǎn)品具有適度的剛性、強度、又具有良好的柔性、耐蠕變性、耐環(huán)境應(yīng)力開裂性和良好的熱熔接性能，已成為城市燃氣輸送管道和室外給水管的*產(chǎn)品。

設(shè)備組成：HDPE供水管材生產(chǎn)線由控制系統(tǒng)、擠出機、機頭、定型冷卻系統(tǒng)、牽引機、切割裝置及翻料架組成。每條生產(chǎn)線有兩臺擠出機，其主要一臺擠出機采用強力輸送襯套及高效螺桿，另一臺較小的擠出機用于擠出標(biāo)志線。

模具和輔機：機頭采用設(shè)計的籃式機頭或螺旋分流擠管復(fù)合機頭，具有調(diào)節(jié)方便，出料均勻的特點，定徑套采用*的開槽工藝和水環(huán)冷卻，確保管材的成型精度。采用*的PLC與彩色大屏幕觸控液晶顯示屏組成的控制系統(tǒng)，具有完善的報警反饋，友好的中英文人機界面，操作十分方便。

The main extruder adopts PE high-efficiency screw,notched feeding cylinder and is equipped with strong water jacket cooler,which greatly improves its transmission capacity and guarantees high-efficiency extrusion.

The basket composite machine head adapted for PE processing not only guarantees extrusion stability at high speed,but also realizes minimum stress and highest pipe quality in low temperature.The high-efficiency double-cavity vacuum sizing technology and spray cooling tank improves the rate of finished product and meets the need of high-speed production.

Adopt multi-caterpillar to drive all pedrails through central motor to get synchronous height and guarantees pipe is roundness.The high-speed,precise designed cutting is low in noise. And it is also equipped with strong scrap attracting device to reduce the work of maintenance to the lowest degree.
