GMD系列模具除濕機(jī)主要應(yīng)用在塑膠成型中,由于模具使用冷凍水來縮短成型周期而產(chǎn)生的結(jié)露問題,特別是PET瓶胚射出適用,結(jié)露現(xiàn)象是當(dāng)模具表面溫度低于周圍環(huán)境空氣的露點(diǎn)溫度時就會產(chǎn)生水氣,而影響產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量及生產(chǎn)效率,同時會腐蝕模具表面,從而千萬環(huán)境污染.本機(jī)采用蜂巢轉(zhuǎn)輪系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行除濕作業(yè),確保模具周圍始終維持+5℃～-10℃的低露點(diǎn)空氣環(huán)境,不讓模具產(chǎn)生結(jié)露現(xiàn)象,也不受季節(jié)變化的影響,大幅降低不良率.
