全自動(dòng)翻板盤式干燥機(jī) 一、 概述
目前,行業(yè)中所用的盤式干燥機(jī),采用刮料板出料方式,由于其運(yùn)行時(shí)刮料板始終對(duì)物料盤進(jìn)行磨擦,易產(chǎn)生金屬屑對(duì)物料造成污染,而且*出料的難度也較大,因此使用范圍受到限制。此外,由于盤式干燥機(jī)是采用夾套加熱方式,物料盤所需要的材料必須具有符合壓力要求的厚度,使其制造成本大大增加;同時(shí)由于干燥介質(zhì)(如蒸汽)大多具有較大的壓力和較高的溫度,使設(shè)備操作的安全性降低。
為進(jìn)一步地滿足用戶的要求,我們研制了全自動(dòng)翻板盤式干燥機(jī),它能在不使用刮料板的前提下將物料從zui高層往下逐層自動(dòng)傳遞,全部均勻烘干出料,并保證烘干工作區(qū)內(nèi)無物料留存,*出料,而且還具有制造成本低、操作安全、使用節(jié)能等特點(diǎn)。
二、 設(shè)備特點(diǎn):
1、 實(shí)現(xiàn)了加料、鋪料、翻料和出料的全面自動(dòng)化,節(jié)省了勞動(dòng)力,改善了操作環(huán)境,速度可控,操作簡(jiǎn)單。
2、 上下層之間物料傳遞方式采用翻板原理,不需要刮料板,有效避免了因刮料板磨擦而產(chǎn)生的金屬屑,同時(shí),使出料更*。
3、 干燥過程中熱空氣穿過物料層,傳熱系數(shù)高,提高了干燥效率。
4、 采用蒸汽加熱時(shí),蒸汽操作壓力允許范圍比傳統(tǒng)盤式干燥機(jī)大大提高,在達(dá)到較高干燥溫度的同時(shí)又提高了操作的安全性(用蒸汽加熱時(shí)傳統(tǒng)盤式干燥機(jī)必須按壓力容器管理)。
5、 整個(gè)系統(tǒng)清洗方便,可按GMP要求設(shè)計(jì),滿足制藥、食品行業(yè)的要求。
6、 部分外排熱風(fēng)可以循環(huán)利用,節(jié)省能源。
7、 設(shè)備結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊,占地面積不,經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)用。
三、 適用范圍
可廣泛用于制藥、化工、食品加工、飼料等行業(yè),對(duì)顆粒狀、結(jié)晶體、小塊狀物料進(jìn)行干燥,特別適用于中藥飲片類,籽類物料的干燥。

一、 General Information
At present,the tray drier we used now adopts scraper for discharging the materials。It will cause some pollution as there is some attrition happened between the scraperthe materials tray,also,it is hard to discharge all the drying materials。Therefore,the application of present drier is within some limitation。Besides,the heating method requires the materials to be within some thickness,which increase the production cost。And the drying media,steam with high pressuretemperature is not safe enough。
To meet the customer’s requirement,we develop the full-automatic turing tray drier。It can convey the materials from the top to the bottom without the neede of scraper,and there will be no materials remain on the drying area。 It lower the production costit is safeenergy-saving。
二、 Equipment Characteristics
1、 The automatic feeding,spreadingturning save the laborimprove the operationg environment。The speed can be adustedthe operation is simple。
2、 The materials conveying between the layers adopts the turning theory which doesn’t need scraper。It avoids the metal scaps by the scrapermakes all the materials be discharged。
3、 The hot air goes through the materials,which increase the drying effective。
4、 The steam pressure range is bigger than the traditional tray drier。Even it works on high temperature,it is very safe。
5、 All the system is easily for washing,we can design as the GMP required。
6、 Some of the discharging heating can be recycled,which save the energy。
7、 The structure is compact with small cover area。
三、 Application
It can be widely used for drying particles,crystals,and caking materials in pharmacy,chemistry,foodfeeding industry。Especially for the Chinese drugsseed materials。
