瀝青三氯乙烯回收儀操作規(guī)程:
★接通電源并把進(jìn)出水與蒸餾器用軟管固定連接好。
★把需回收的溶液倒入蒸餾室,一次倒入A大容量約為10升。
★通過冷卻水,閉合電源總開關(guān),紅色電源指示燈亮,按下加熱按鈕,加熱指示燈亮,儀器開始工作,進(jìn)入加熱狀態(tài)。
★當(dāng)儀器在蒸餾完成以后,此時應(yīng)及時切斷總電源。
★操作者通過液位計觀察玻璃管中的液面,若看到瀝青液面,應(yīng)打開右側(cè)水咀截門,將瀝青液體放完。當(dāng)左側(cè)液位計的液面達(dá)到上限位置時,應(yīng)及時打開水咀放出回收的溶液。
★溫控器中的溫度開關(guān),可按不同溶劑的不同沸點(diǎn)而加以調(diào)定,本儀器的控制溫度出廠時已按三氯乙稀的溫度調(diào)整好(86°),不要隨意改動,如做其它瀝青溶劑時,應(yīng)予先掌握并調(diào)整好沸點(diǎn)溫度。
HHS-1 asphalt trichloroethylene recovery instrument operating procedures:
★Turn on the power and connect the inlet and outlet water to the still with a hose.
★Put the solution to be recovered into the distillation chamber,and pour A into a large volume of about 10 liters at a time.
★With cooling water,close the main power switch,the red power indicator light is on,press the heating button,the heating indicator light is on,the instrument starts to work,and enters the heating state.
★When the instrument is completed with distillation,the main power should be cut off in time at this time.
★The operator observes the liquid level in the glass tube through the liquid level gauge.If the liquid level of the asphalt is seen,the right side water nozzle should be opened to stop the asphalt liquid.When the liquid level of the left level gauge reaches the upper limit position,the water nozzle should be opened in time to discharge the recovered solution.
★The temperature switch in the thermostat can be adjusted according to the different boiling points of different solvents.The control temperature of this instrument has been adjusted according to the temperature of trichloroethylene(86°)when leaving the factory.Do not change it at will,such as doing other When bitumen solvents are used,the boiling point temperature should be mastered and adjusted.
HHS-1瀝青三氯乙烯回收儀工作原理:
當(dāng)電加熱通電后,電能通過電阻絲轉(zhuǎn)變成熱能,使置于溶器中的三氯乙稀瀝青溶液升溫。當(dāng)溶液的溫度達(dá)到三氯乙稀溶劑的沸點(diǎn)時(86.7℃)三氯乙稀通過分子運(yùn)動將液體轉(zhuǎn)變成氣體蒸發(fā)出來,此時瀝青油及其它雜質(zhì)由于沸點(diǎn)高,仍滯留在溶液中,蒸發(fā)過程是一個加熱過程,盡管電加熱器仍在工作,溶液的溫度也不會升高,當(dāng)溶液中的三氯乙稀全部被蒸發(fā)掉時,剩下的瀝青液的溫度才會升高,此時電源通過溫度控制開關(guān)自動切斷,加熱器停止工作,瀝青液滯留在容器右腔,三氯乙稀氣體通過容器上部的空間進(jìn)入左腔,左腔的冷卻循環(huán)水使三氯乙稀蒸氣分子遇冷,溫度下降,重新變成液體留在左腔,這樣**完成了三氯乙稀的回收工作。
HHS-1 asphalt trichloroethylene recovery instrument works:
When the electric heating is energized,the electric energy is converted into heat energy through the resistance wire,so that the trichloroethylene pitch solution placed in the dissolver is heated.When the temperature of the solution reaches the boiling point of trichloroethylene solvent(86.7°C),trichloroethylene will evaporate the liquid into gas through molecular movement.At this time,the bitumen oil and other impurities will remain in the solution and evaporate due to the high boiling point.The process is a heating process.Although the electric heater is still working,the temperature of the solution will not rise.When all the trichloroethylene in the solution is evaporated,the temperature of the remaining asphalt liquid will rise.At that time,the power is automatically cut off by the temperature control switch,the heater stops working,the asphalt liquid is trapped in the right cavity of the container,and the trichloroethylene gas enters the left cavity through the space in the upper part of the container.It is cold,the temperature drops,and it becomes a liquid again and stays in the left cavity,so that the recovery of trichloroethylene is completed.
HHS-1瀝青三氯乙烯回收儀儀器結(jié)構(gòu):
容器全部由不銹鋼制成,分為兩室,蒸餾室位于右側(cè),儲存室(包括冷凝器)位于左側(cè)。蒸餾室的容積約為10升,儲存室的容積為6升,容器下部各有一水咀,右側(cè)為放出瀝青溶液的水咀,左側(cè)為放出已回收溶劑的水咀,蒸餾室下部設(shè)有二組電阻絲式加熱器。
冷凝器位于左側(cè)儲存室的上部。由8層盤管組成,直接與自來水連接進(jìn)行冷卻,上蓋用耐腐蝕膠圈密封,防止三氯乙稀的蒸發(fā)氣體跑出,污染工作環(huán)境,溫控器位于電器盒內(nèi),溫控器觸頭與加熱介質(zhì)接觸,到設(shè)定溫度時立即斷電,整個過程自動完成。
在殼體的前面裝有兩支液位計,右側(cè)的液位計主要用來檢查倒入待回收的液體,蒸餾完畢,如液位計仍能看到殘留余液的液面,**在打開右側(cè)水咀把殘留的液體放出,如左側(cè)的液位計上的液面達(dá)到了上限的位置**要打開左側(cè)水咀,放出已清潔的三氯乙稀液體。
漏斗中設(shè)有一個篩網(wǎng),防止顆粒狀物體進(jìn)入蒸餾室。漏斗咀中部設(shè)有一個防濺網(wǎng),防止在倒入污染的液體時濺入右側(cè)。電器盒下部設(shè)有絕緣蓋板防止人員觸電。

The vessel is made entirely of stainless steel and is divided into two chambers,with a distillation chamber on the right and a storage chamber(including the condenser)on the left.The volume of the distillation chamber is about 10 liters,and the volume of the storage chamber is 6 liters.There is a water nozzle at the bottom of the container,a water nozzle that discharges the asphalt solution on the right side,and a water nozzle that releases the recovered solvent on the left side.Two sets of resistance wire heaters.
The condenser is located in the upper part of the left storage compartment.It consists of 8 layers of coils.It is directly connected to the tap water for cooling.The upper cover is sealed with a corrosion-resistant rubber ring to prevent the trichloroethylene evaporated gas from running out and pollute the working environment.The thermostat is located in the electrical box.The head is in contact with the heating medium,and the power is immediately turned off when the set temperature is reached,and the entire process is automatically completed.
There are two level gauges on the front of the casing.The level gauge on the right is mainly used to check the liquid to be recovered.After the distillation is completed,if the level gauge can still see the remaining liquid level,**Open the water nozzle on the right side to discharge the remaining liquid,such as the position where the liquid level on the left-side level gauge reaches the upper limit.
A sieve is installed in the funnel to prevent granular objects from entering the distillation chamber.A splash screen is provided in the middle of the funnel to prevent splashing to the right when contaminated liquid is poured.The lower part of the electrical box is provided with an insulating cover to prevent electric shock.
HHS-1瀝青三氯乙烯回收儀注意事項:
1、要隨時抽查被蒸餾溶劑的PH值,(氯化的碳?xì)浠衔铮?。如PH值低于5時,回收器的整個內(nèi)部要被損壞,在這種情況下,要及時清洗蒸餾室。
2、儀器使用時外皮接地。
3、儀器工作時,不要離人。
4、清理儀器時,應(yīng)拔掉電源插頭,并防止水浸入電器元件。
HHS-1 Asphalt Trichloroethylene Recovery Instrument
1.Always check the pH of the solvent being distilled,(chlorinated hydrocarbons).If the pH value is below 5,the entire interior of the recoverer will be damaged.In this case,the distillation chamber should be cleaned in time.
2.The skin of the instrument is grounded during use.
3.When the instrument is working,do not leave the person.
4.When cleaning the instrument,unplug the power plug and prevent water from entering the electrical components.
