ZPW29 ZPW31旋轉(zhuǎn)式壓片機(jī)

本機(jī)是一種雙壓式自動旋轉(zhuǎn)，連續(xù)壓片
的機(jī)器，將顆粒狀原料壓制成各種片劑。
它主要用于制藥工業(yè)的片劑生產(chǎn)，同時適
用于化工、食品、電子等工業(yè)部門。

This machine is a double-press type continuous automatic tablet press for pressing granular raw materials into tablets. It is mainly used in
pharmaceutical industry and also the chemical, food, electronic industries.

1）可壓制普通圓形片和各種異形片、
雙層片、環(huán)形片及雙面刻字片。
2）外圍罩殼為全封閉形式，材料采用
不銹鋼，內(nèi)部臺面用不銹鋼材料，轉(zhuǎn)臺表
面經(jīng)過特殊處理，能保持表面光澤與防止
交叉污染，符合GMP要求。
3）裝有透明玻璃的門窗，能清楚觀察
壓片的狀態(tài)，并且能全部打開，易于內(nèi)部
清理和保養(yǎng)。
4）所有控制器和操作件均布局合理。
5）采用變頻調(diào)速裝置進(jìn)行電氣調(diào)速，
操作方便，轉(zhuǎn)動平穩(wěn)，安全準(zhǔn)確。
6 ）所有的傳動裝置均布置在機(jī)器內(nèi)
部，保持機(jī)件清潔。
7 ）配有過載保護(hù)裝置，當(dāng)壓力過載
時，能自動停機(jī)。

1）Produce all kinds of round tablets, irredgular tablets, double-layered and annular tablets.
2）The out side part of the machine is full yenclosed,The material of the cover and the inside bable face is stainless steel. The turret face is specially disposed keeping the lustre of the face and prevent the cross pollution, meeting the GMP requirement.
3）It has t ransparent windows so that press condition can be observed clearly and the window can be opened Cleaning and maintenance is easier.
4）The lay-out of all the controllers and the operate parts is reasonable.
5）The speed adjustment of the driver is controlled by the frequency conversion device.
6）All the drive devices are located inside the machine so keep the machine clean.
7）A overload protection unit is included in the system to avoid the damage of the punches and apparatus, when overload occurs, the machine stops automatically
