BG Series High_Effciency Holeless Coating Machine
Main application:
This product is the ideal equipment that is used to sift such material as particle, slice, and powder in the medicine, food and chemical industries.
Working principle
The machine is made up of three parts; passing in and out department which sits material, vibration department of inner works and organism flat. Vibration department an organism flat have six group soft rubber shock absorber which join regular form head to foot, the adjustable partial heavyhammer is rotated with CD-ROM drive motor, producing the centrifugal force, the shock absorber is controlled, which reaches the job requirements needed, when working under part of the organism flat have no vibration, with low noise low energy consumption, wind-borne dust, with high efficiency, convenient to move wash and maintain.

BG-G Series coating machine is a multi-function coating facility mainly supplied by pharmaceutical and foodstuff industries for sugarcoating or film-coating process.
Working Principles
1. This unit is consisted by main motor, spraying supply for burdening, hot air purifying, dust removing and ventilating, and electric coating system, etc. The plain cores of troche or pill are rotated in the coating cylinder following the sophisticated locus movement under the function of stirring retainer.
2. Meanwhile, the spraying supply system is pressured to spray the coating medium on the plain corns automatically via the spray guns or the dropper. Meanwhile, the clean hot air supplied by the medium formed on the surface of the plain corns quickly.
3. In the end, a layer of hard, thick and smooth medium is shaped on its surface of plain corns quickly
