美國Bio-rad伯樂MicroPulser 電穿孔儀是一種簡單而靈活的儀器，能安全而可重復地轉(zhuǎn)化細菌、酵母菌和其它微生物體。轉(zhuǎn)化效率大大高于化學方法。
美國Bio-rad伯樂MicroPulser 電穿孔儀 系統(tǒng)的*性包括：
●簡單的單鍵式脈沖激發(fā)、附著的電擊杯槽、快速充電等特點便于更快速的樣品操作
●方便的預設優(yōu)化程序適合常用的細菌和真菌研究
●電弧抑制系統(tǒng)大大減少了電弧，確保珍貴樣品不受損失
●可人工調(diào)節(jié)多項參數(shù)；電壓可在200-3000V 間選擇，精度10V；時間常數(shù)可在1.0-4.0 ms 范圍內(nèi)調(diào)節(jié)，精度0.1 ms
●可提供3000V 電壓，提高更大容積比色杯的轉(zhuǎn)化效率
●設計小巧、節(jié)約空間 有聲且可視的脈沖顯示器
