高光蒸汽模溫控制機(jī)是采用高光蒸汽，當(dāng)注塑機(jī)合模后吹入高光蒸汽，首先打模具溫度提高到一個(gè)設(shè)定值，然后開始給模腔注射塑膠，在注塑機(jī)完成保壓轉(zhuǎn)入冷卻后，開始注入冷卻水，模具溫度很快下降到一個(gè)設(shè)定值后開模，再向模具吹入空氣把冷卻水*吹走，完成整個(gè)注塑過程。奧德開發(fā)的高光蒸汽模溫控制機(jī)，整機(jī)備有高光蒸汽模溫控制機(jī)和冷水增壓系統(tǒng)，并增加了熱水和冷卻水回收系統(tǒng)，節(jié)能*，利潤也相當(dāng)可觀，這是卡塞爾高光過熱水模溫控制機(jī)的優(yōu)勢所在。
