MAXXIS系列是動(dòng)臺(tái)面的5軸加工機(jī)，擁有高加工精度與高性能，擁有高剛性的機(jī)身，并結(jié)合機(jī)密齒輪箱與高精度伺服系統(tǒng)，使得MAXXIS為加工塑料、鋁和復(fù)合材料的理想選擇。
固定橫梁和移動(dòng)工作臺(tái)面的設(shè)計(jì)加上結(jié)構(gòu)鋼性高跟平穩(wěn)的加工的臺(tái)面，使5軸機(jī)在加工方式時(shí)可以保持一個(gè)高轉(zhuǎn)速的狀態(tài)。
智能木模五軸加工中心是專門用來處理較厚重的代木模具，鋁和復(fù)合材料。
- 可分為單臺(tái)面及雙臺(tái)面兩種造型(規(guī)格)。
- 控制器具有網(wǎng)絡(luò)遠(yuǎn)端服務(wù)控制功能。
- 加工件夾持有真空吸著和機(jī)械式夾持等彈性的應(yīng)用方式。
MAXXIS 控制是以工業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)G碼控制，并支持CAD/CAM軟件。其他選配裝置包括工件尺寸探測(cè)，單、雙區(qū)功能，并根據(jù)要求訂制配置。
