RS-485網(wǎng)絡(luò)的硬件組成

在S7-200系統(tǒng)中，無論是組成PPI、MPI還是RPOFIBUS-DP網(wǎng)絡(luò)，或是Modbus RTU網(wǎng)絡(luò)，用到的主要部件都是一樣的：

• PROFIBUS電纜：電纜型號有多種，其中zui基本的是PROFIBUS FC（Fast Connect快速連接）Standard電纜（訂貨號6XV1 830-0EH10）
• PROFIBUS網(wǎng)絡(luò)連接器：網(wǎng)絡(luò)連接器也有多種形式，如出線角度不同等等

A. 電纜和剝線器。使用FC技術(shù)不用剝出裸露的銅線。

C. 去除PROFIBUS電纜芯線外的保護(hù)層，將芯線按照相應(yīng)的顏色標(biāo)記插入芯線鎖，再把鎖塊用力壓下，使內(nèi)部導(dǎo)體接觸。應(yīng)注意使電纜剝出的屏蔽層與屏蔽連接壓片接觸。

由于通信頻率比較高，因此通信電纜采用雙端接地。電纜兩頭都要連接屏蔽層。

  為采用螺釘型接線端子或彈簧型接線端子連接的 1 線 - 3 線連接系統(tǒng)提供預(yù)組裝接線另外還可直接在信號模塊上接線。
• 規(guī)定的安裝深度：
  所有的連接和連接器都在模塊上的凹槽內(nèi)，并有前蓋保護(hù)。因此，所有模塊應(yīng)有明確的安裝深度。
• 無插槽規(guī)則:
