CWW-40.5/3150-4 Copper Conductor Wall Bushing
電站用穿墻套管適用于35kV及以下電壓等級的電站、變電所配電裝置及電器設備中，供導線（母線）穿過接地隔板，墻壁及封閉配電機構(gòu)中作為絕緣支持和外部導線（母線）連接用。

二、產(chǎn)品分類Product categories
電站用高壓穿墻套管分為戶內(nèi)和戶外兩大類，有銅導體、鋁導體及不帶導體的母線式穿墻套管三種結(jié)構(gòu)，并有普通型和耐污型兩大類產(chǎn)品。

由于產(chǎn)品較多，為便于用戶查詢，將產(chǎn)品分別分類介紹。其中又將耐污型系列分為爬電比距2.0cm/kV以下和2.5cm/kV以上兩類。特別*爬電比距2.5cm/kV和3.1cm/kV產(chǎn)品，不僅戶外端耐污性能高，而且盡可能地加大了戶內(nèi)端的爬電比距，以防止因凝露等原因造成閃絡。

三、產(chǎn)品制造依據(jù)Product manufacturing basis

四、使用環(huán)境
1）戶內(nèi)套管Indoor bushing
a)環(huán)境溫度不高于+40℃，不低于-40℃；
The environment temperature is ≤ + 40 ℃, ≥- 40 ℃
b)海拔不超過1000m;
The altitude does not exceed 1000 m;
c)相對濕度月平均不大于90%；
The average ≤ 90% relative humidity;
d)周圍空氣應不受腐蝕性和可燃氣體、水蒸汽等明顯污穢；
Ambient air should not be obvious, such as corrosive and flammable gas, water vapor and filth.
e)無經(jīng)常性的劇烈振動。
No recurrent severe vibration.
2）戶外套管Outdoor bushing
a)環(huán)境溫度不高于+40℃，不低于-40℃；

b)海拔不超過1000m;

c)風速不大于34m/s；

d)產(chǎn)品的使用環(huán)境的空氣污穢程度，按GB5582分為0、Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ等五級；

e)無經(jīng)常性的劇烈振動。
